RDSB is a supermajor that has a huge warchest, they've never slashed a dividend since world war 2 even in the last oil price crash. Supermajors plan their moves on analysts predicting forward price forecasts. They need to expand their UK *gas* portfolio and CLNR gives them one such pathway.
Same as in any secor many acqusitions happen at price lows...

JP Morgan didn't but 10% on this dip for a punt. They see this SP much higher.

30-60p to me is the zone this will re equalise at over the next 2-4 weeks

given price action and large trades.

Yes I can confirm the following from RNS

YE 2018 OVB had 1.4m POLY shares

They since sold 170k during H1 2019 PLUS 500k shares H2 2019 (this was to liquidate £5m to pay for their recent 100% increase in XIVI).

1.4m - 170k - 500k = 730k shares

730k shares X £16/s = £11.7m current cash value in POLY

The game changer here is the now 100% stake in XIVI with a successful P3 drug being filed in Russia for commercial sales (due Q3). In a market in Russia worth $300m alone

Looks also like they are looking to file for US roll out end of H2 which is a huge $2.25b market.

You have NAV of £14m in liquid assets PLUS 100% ownership of XIVI for £8m Mcap.. Nil debt.

No press speculation that I can see relating to CLNRs assets.

They have 18p NAV in POLY shares and Cash and 100% stake in a drug that is one approval away from commerciality.

Pharma elsewhere is flying at the moment.

Possible JV on some of their many targets that they haven't started drilling yet?? Majors in the data room I wonder if hole 5 sulphides is the game changer hence this being so delayed?
