That's way way over valued

can someone explain why Stockopedia has this valuation and on LSE it says £37M

there are 15.5bn shares in issue so the MCap at 0.44 is actually £68.2m

however this is now the 0.4

over valued this should settle at 0.25 IMO unless some decent update comes up

i said it was over valued at £37M Mcap now it seems the real Mcap is £64M, and now its definitely over valued.

however in that long process this piece of land made no revenue, yet its value increased in The fact huge amount of money spent to construct the building yet value keeps rising
