already Alwaha Fund Limited took 3%, I'm sure more will be coming.
not many Institutional investors holding this, so plenty of chance more will buy Hummingbird.

value is unbelievable, especially when Mosman have 30% JV with Georgina Energy plc due to (Helium explorer) which is due to list in January 2022.
Plus - EP145 another helium 100% License owned due some serious results.

- Texas oil and gas, producing revenues.

add all this and £50M Mcap is not a dream, its just matter of time.

I would be really surprised if a takeover bid is not made. the could it be Sp is depressed to accommodate Offer?

we should see Institutional Investors coming in as of now only 25% is held by funds managers from different Hedge Funds.

74% is free float, this will change and Sp will be squeezed significantly.

my estimated guess without any proper due diligence says Hummingbird has gold resources of over £12 Billion of Gold.

Mcap in £68M, and just shows how undervalued this is.

hope we get some Takeover from the likes of Barrick Gold, Newmont or any other bigger players.

this is what I heard the CEO saying on a recent interview.

Kouroussa is forecast to be a high-grade, low-cost mine that will produce between 120,000 and 140,000 oz for the first three years of production and average 100,000 oz over the life of mine ("LOM"), at an AISC in the range of US$900-US$1,000 per oz

my rough calculations were based on 22,000 Oz of gold per quarter, that's 88,000 oz per year, however as @progerson pointed out the lower end of guidance range of 100,000 - 110,000 and the AISC range of $1250-$1350 still comes to around $60M profit per year

AISC (All in sustaining costs)

Revenue c22, 000 oz per Quarter @ $1800 = $39.6M X 4 Quarters = $158.4M give or take some increases in production.

AISC cost = $24.2M per Quarter (12 month = $96.8m)

profit is $158. 4M - 4$96.8m = $61.6M profit per year

Mcap £68M

say PE X 10 that's over $600M Mcap

what's stopping this from its fair valuation?
