Georgina Energy plc had 2 helium Projects and EP155 is the one mosman involved, the other belongs to Georgina Energy

mosman has EP145 License which is 100% owned

Ep 155 Licence was 100% before the JV, the reason they did this so the bulk of the project costs and Drilling is done by Georgina Energy plc, and and Mosman could concentrate on the other Helium License EP145 plus Oil and gas in The USA.
