Petros has rejected their application for PSC and other bidding competitors are in stronger position.So to put in bluntyly company believes it has "advantage" over bidding competitors while petros does not think so.As things stand now, there is no "exclusive psc", final decision will be made after August 2025 and a lot of trapped "mugpunters".
