Mirriad Advertising shares plunged 38% to 0.90 pence each on Friday morning in London.

whenever a company has sale sign up, it's call takeover in a plc, then anyone or institution buys the company 1% or over must inform the market via the form 8.3 and 8.5.
this is to show no takeover happens under the radar.
its for transparency reasons.
