I agree Newuncle, in my opinion most of the sells (after the sp drop) were from frustrated traders not investors. The potential is massive here, DeepVerge is like an octopus, it has its tentacles in so many covid19/Non-covid19 related businesses. It has an impressive global presence, high profile clients and partnerships with many reputable businesses soon.

I would expect the same, Dunno where I read it on Twitter but GB gave the impression that he has some updates to announce after changing the company's name to Deep Verge. I think he will do so next week once the takeover dust settles.

Preferable for us not for Helium ha. They made chunky profit from investing in SKIN so he had to sell and invest the money in another <50Mcap company.

@Watertech5: no problem :) , I just wanted to make it clear it to everyone on this board since I noticed a couple of shorters have been trying their best day and night to spark panic among genuine shareholders.


Guys, we have a great agile company here involved in many projects locally/globally with impressive partnerships in place with reputable businesses. Just allow the takeover dust to settle and we'll get a decent sp recovery which imo should start next week.

Mate, I said it last night, the sp drop has nothing to do with the Breathalyser or AGM Presentation. The ONLY reason sp tanked from ‘triple’s today’s SP’ level was because an II offload 5% of SKIN overall shares on a single day to the market and sparked panic sell-off! Oh and just to be clear here, they sold because they had to sell, they have an investment policy of not investing in companies with MCap above £50M so they had to sell.

On the other hand, Trium Capital topped up after the Breathalyser announcement: Purchased 145,000 shares @60.7p

Newuncle, the takeover will happen tomorrow so some people have been sorting out their books before the event and today is the final day to do so, otherwise they must declare their positions to the takeover panel. I am expecting the sp to bounce back hard next week!

I said this before, Integumen/ Deep Verge is starting to look like an octopus, it has its tentacles in so many covid19/Non-covid19 related businesses, a global presence and partnerships with many reputable businesses.

Lots of pending news in the pipeline & I’m expecting the sp to recover soon therefore I’ve doubled my position today : )

GB’s reply on twitter to funding issues:

“ We are in the middle of a share for share acquisition and the offer document is coming out shortly. We raised £3m in a funding facility and over £1m in warrant exercise in the last couple of months. It's all in RNS”

As for regulatory approvals and time needed, I think you are mistaken. Listen to GB here, it’s a straight forward process (medical device fast track) according to him and requires only 4-5months to get the approval.
