Jimzi, I didnt see iis selling today.. I believe most of today's sells were by traders after a fast sp bounce, it didn't happen so they got bored and sold... simple !
imo PHD at this level is an investment gem, wayyy undervalued and oversold
We would like to inform all investors that despite some delays, the water isolation plug and packer assemblies that were shipped from America have been delivered today to our site at Brockham. #ANGS
Could it be any of the following: Tax loss purposes (and/or sell now by back next month/new tax year) ?Inv based on Mcap size? 70% drop triggered investment risk level sell ?
I would like to think the RNS today was because of the 3 days reporting rule (not 3 working days -from my understanding). The sell took place yesterday so they only had today to report before the weekend, It also means that if they wanted to sell more today then they would have waited to report all transactions in the afternoon before the weekend.
Anyway, PHD is heavily oversold at the moment so imo its only a matter of time before we start to see some real sp recovery (not full recovery though but 'at least' 50% recovery in April from today's sp rate).
We would like to inform all investors that the official application for the planned work at Brockham has now been submitted to the HSE. We expect to have a response within 21 days. #ANGS"
I agree with Dan, it was a growth warning. Proactis has an impressive year over year growth rate (I think it was 30% YOY) however due to the reasons specified in the RNS we shouldn’t expect the same growth rate for this year. That doesn’t justify the massive drop in the SP !
Proactis £34m Mcap vs.
The Facts :
Rev £55m EBITDA £18m HSBC debt facility for growth cost savings of £5m Mcap £36m once £180m (2018) generating free cash 8.5m Divi paying 95m shares in issue director buys new CEO strategy imminent new CFO incoming 1,000 diverse customers global brand & capability Growing end market
Over the past 3 hours, we had 37 buys, almost all of them in 4-5 figures & 2 mini sells .....however, sp is not responding as it should which means these buys have probably filled a sell order and once its done will see better sp recovery towards the market closing.
Alan, don't read too much into this. The tweet was more about to keep us updated with whats going on atm. The last tweet/update received from Angus was almost two weeks ago so in the spirit of 'better communication' they wanted us to know what they've been busy with re Brockham over the past two weeks.

I wouldn't worry much about them if I was you, most of them already bought the dip for value trading so they wont deramp here or on Twitter until they cash out !
