The only quoted online price from SA domestic coal merchants I can find is Allandale Trading offering a 65kg bag of burning coal for R179 (,anthracite quite alot dearer)

2019 domestic prod 1,094 000T .Export prod 184,000T
2020 domestic prod 969,000T.Export prod 230,000T

We know this years production will be slightly lower, for the sake of argument, say around 15 000T per month Export,based on avg Export price of $160+ 2H 2021 , gross revenue fr Export coal H2 $15 million ish.
The numbers get very interesting with the current RB Export price $300-400+ per tonne

Reading back through BISI past annual reports domestic prices look to average 60-70% of Export price, but I would expect there to be a wider gap at present with the Richards Bay price so elevated.So think we'll probably have to wait till results to find out.
Maybe difficult to export more at present, as they've been problems with the rail network supplying the Richards Bay terminal ,as TGA have already reported.

AG,the free cash flow in the 2nd half of 2021 should have eliminated most of the debt,and strong free cashflow H1 22 should be building a good cash pile,add in UK Property worth nearly £1 per share ,then £1 per share plus for the coal assets still looks cheap at current coal prices even with short mine life.

When/if price moves up it could be dramatic as v small free float of shares available.

Have to remember Bisi only has small export quota ,most coal sold on SA domestic market,still my price target £2.50 at results £5.00 certainly not impossible if coal prices stays high into the summer.

Not sure of the the price of coal in SA domestic market,hoping the rail issues too Richard Bay export terminal hav'nt resulted in more coal dampening local prices.

V good update fr TGA 2day,would expect BISI to end year with net cash,and by the time they get around to reporting 2021 results in April ,if coal prices stay at current levels to have the current market cap more than covered by cash in bank,but how much they'll share with minority shareholders is anyone's guess?

Lack of interest here the last week or so a little puzzling, but suspect JSE will be looking at a few potential acquisition's v closely at present, certainly has the firepower for quite a large one.

The only thing for sure is that the Heller family would value this at several times the current price.

I read back through 2years of posts and press before I started to buy,the family BOD situation has obviously led to investor angst here and sister Company LAS,so not entirely surprised some longterm holders will sell at the first chance.
I only found this when looking for an addition to tga,so strongly suspect 95% + of investors will have never heard of the Company.

Yes, just need more exposure, and a few more investors to realise for every 10 shares you buy/own you get 1/t of annual production,remarkable at current coal price.
