I have it on good authority that Amati are a forced seller because they have redemptions to meet.
If you look at their fund size in recent years, investors are leaving them.
I feel for them as they have put in a lot of effort here over the last 5 years. Apart from Amphion years ago, Amati are the only company I can ever remember releasing a TR-1!
Once they are out the share price will rise.
All non dilutive funding
And don’t forget the £3.5m Enterprise Investment Scheme
You heard it hear first:
- a £3/4m one off payment from Nukem will result in a long term Exclusive Deal to supply the isotope globally
- £4/5m from Bracco for the rights to set up a JV. Europe first then Asia.
- check this page on the Bracco website on how they do business globally
https://www.bracco.com/bracco-worldwide
- following Gas Exchange approval Bracco will buy the company
‘Through its controlled company, Bracco Imaging, the Bracco Group operates all over the world, either directly or indirectly through branches, joint-ventures, partnerships, or distribution and agency agreements’

Those who understand the company will know where this is going!

It depends on what you class as fiction?
The details and dates of the XCHANGE trial and the 6-12 year olds group have come direct from the CEO which appears more facts than fiction to me!
Agreed PJM an RNS is needed soon however it wouldn’t surprise me if we do not hear anything until the details of the XCHANGE Trial and 6-12’s year old’s is agreed with the FDA.
FWIW – It feels like the company are waiting on a few things:
- They need to understand how much the XCHANGE Trial is going to cost before being able to raise. I feel the funding of the trail may come from a Heart Foundation rather that equity.
I notice the BHF and American Heart Society have been sponsors of recent XE-129 Cardiology based Trials.
AS you know, the XCHANGE Trial is the absolute long term game changer for the company - so PLOX will take time to get it right!
- Another milestone they may be waiting for is the approval for the 6-12 year olds. They already give the to 6 – 12 year olds in trials so they know it has got a good chance of approval.
They will definitely not be raising at 6p, more like 20 – 30p if approved!
IMO this approval would blow any Ventilation competitor out of the water because you cannot give Lung CT scans to kids! Long term this is $$$$$’s for POLX
Both these decisions are due in the next 4 months so why raise now when we have got two major decisions to come, and some possible further sales?
All ifs and buts, but one thing is for sure, more comms from the company would be good!!

Can 100% confirm todays first trade was a buy showing as a sell
Each CT scan uses a small amount of radiation that adds up over years of treatment.
“MRI gives us a fantastic picture with no radiation, and if we can replace the radiation from a CT scan with something like xenon gas MRI, now we have taken a lot of radiation, relatively speaking, and turned it into no radiation.”
Great to see positive feedback from the clinician base.
Missouri signed up to this 1st August and has just done its first scan, it shows that things need to happen to get the solution up and running but when it’s in, it’s in!…
It will take time but no worries this is going in the right direction.
Lovely stuff Jam, exiting times
I’m new to reading and posting on these boards however I do find Neos posts a bit wired.
He read that Technegas had been approved in the USA and all of a sudden polx is finished… in the meantime, he believes that a $150 reimbursement code for a nuclear drug is good!!!!:)
Never mind his excitement about Phillips being pulled up with a issue about a sleep device product!!
Chill out and move on
Neon, serious question for you.
Do you believe the reimbursement code that Cyclopharms have got is better than the reimbursement codes Polarean have got?
I’m no expert Neon but it looks like Philips shares fall 9% after U.S. drug regulator deals fresh blow to sleep device recall!
Hope that helps mate
He does mention it in the presentation under Scintigraphy
Xenon Xe 133 gas is used to help diagnose lung problems and to help your doctor see an image of your lungs.
“This medicine is to be given only by or under the direct supervision of a doctor with specialized training in nuclear medicine”
For that reason Xe133 will never be mass adoption product
The statement Three-dimensional imaging doesn’t work with Xenon, because it's a low energy isotope is correct, however Polarean hyperpolarise the xe-129 to increase the signal x1000
Promoting the wrong word, apologies
Neon - if you read the website you are promoting you will see that they are connected to The French Society of Nuclear Medicine
The video shows the clinician administering the Technegas and disposing of the radioactive waste…
It’s a very clunky, hazardous, time consuming end to end procedure compared to polarean

Polarean is honored to have been selected as a finalist for the 2023 European MediScience Award in the categories of BREAKTHROUGH OF THE YEAR and BEST TECHNOLOGY.
