Anyone remember when we were talking about £1.50+ last year?

Now we're all desperate for £1.00 so we can unload without too much of a loss...

£1.00 when? Within five years?

I'll give you my shares at breakeven price. In the meantime I'm allowed to post on here within reason if I want to without be bullied or harassed or having people try to run me off.

Been hearing that for five years.

Also been reading the stories about 'the stores are packed' for five years.

If the insiders/churners are able to suppress the share price in order to keep the cost of buy backs low, it means there will never be momentum in this stock because that requires public (retail) participation.

Like a lot of other FTSE shares, this is just an instrument for day trading and churning. Even if it was undervalued, it wouldn't matter.

90p more likely is the new top, I should say.

Depressing to see more anecdotes about busy stores. Same old Schtick that we've seen for years now. Meanwhile the share price is still circling the drain. The consolidation is starting to sour and it looks like we will drop back down to fill the 80/81p gap. Just pray to God that it doesn't fall below that, otherwise I think we are looking at 88p being the new top. Absolutely pathetic, but then again, this is a heavily manipulate stock and maybe the insiders just want a low price for the next buyback. Disappointing

Look how anemic UK markets are when the U.S. is on holiday. No movement or volume at all? It's really pathetic. I guess it's fitting for a country descending into financial collapse and socialist tyranny to have a moribund stock market.

Bullish candle off the 81/82p level today. It looks like it will go higher but there is still a conspicuous gap just below that will be filled sooner or later.

JD Sports now is dipping because the entire market is dipping (buy the rumour, sell the news on Iran or interest rates).

That's to be expected. The problem is that JD Sports fully participates in market drawdowns, but it does *not* full participate during market upswings. You can wait 5 - 10 years and potentially double your money, or you can just dump your wad in U.S. stocks and double your money reliably every five years.

I know what I will be doing going forward. And yes I know that the very minute I put all my money in U.S. stonks there will be a prolonged multiyear bear market :-)

jd sports can't even get to 105p, a level it was at comfortably two years ago.

it's absolutely abysmal. no wonder only institutional (churn) traders both with uk-listed stocks. they're ****e.

The IG chart shows a conspicuous gap around 80p, and such gaps are always filled when it comes to constipated stocks that are only owned by institutions and have no momentum or retail ownership, but I am suspicious of IG's charts. They seem to use different data from everybody else's.

If the JD Sports turd hovers around 100p I will gladly flush it down the toilet bowl for good. What a stinker!

I've no intention of playing yo-yo with a wee constipated turd of a stock. If there's zero momentum and every penny to the upside is squeezed and wrung until there is no blood left to bleed from the stone, then 'woe unto all who enter these gates'.

The JD Sports turd is slow and constipated again, this time bouncing off 90p resistance.

Will the institutional traders let us have a few pennies more to the upside before they manipulate it back down to 80p?
