If i were the BoD I'd opt for a short term borrowing arrangement (simialr to SML recently) rather than a dilutive Placing IF/WHEN the funds are needed. Once we have GOI sign off the company receives $2.5M and 'working capital' for the forseeable is sorted imo. Todays SP is statring to look very attractive indeed!

As Harry said the rest of the TK finance sign off is mainly 'administrative'. Great buy in today...

Looking nailed on to me, just at what price. SP in the red so I suspect it will be around 0.12/0.13p. Shocking if that is the case...

Lionsworld, we don't get the money until after indian government approval. That is why there might be a need for a short term cash injection. Suspect forward selling of Placing shares took place into the short lived rise in the SP. Lets see what happens after the meeting tomorrow...

Just 'smells' like Placing shares are being sold into todays rise. Hope I'm wrong!! This JV deal should have seen the SP trading at 0.20p+ imo

Let us just hope that a Placing is not currently in the pipeline (why all the sells at this low price?) to be announced after tomorrows meeting. They certainly need the cash! How long will Gov't 'approval' take? Great deal BUT maybe some short term cash issues to resolve....
