I was a shreholder here a couple of years ago when the SP was trading above 1p. I noticed the SP today and was surprised to see it sink to such depths especially when I saw that AMS had bought nearly 27% of the company at the end of last year paying 1.5p. Is there any hope for this company or did AMS make a big mistake?

Were we not going to receive an update? Wednesday is the middle of 'next week'....

14 Feb RNS: 'We have been in constant communication with our country representative, our lawyer, and our local partner and matters to resolve the above are progressing. We hope for a further update by the end of this week or early next week.'

TK mine 15 years in the making so peeps (understandably) sceptical about the possibilty (probability?) of the finance being sorted in a couple of weeks time. Otherwise I suspect the SP would be well over 1p already in anticiption of the deal, allied with significant developments continuously being reported from Saudi.

Interesting, some would say tiresome, that most AIM BBs seem to have their own in house moron. Difference here is that we a spoilt for choice...

If you had told me that, after the cracking JV RNS and Roland's confirmation of no fund raising for the forseeable future (maybe the rest of 2024!), you would be able to buy shares at sub 0.115p I would have called you a deramping fool. I've bought more this morning on the basis that the true value of the JV will eventaully be recognised in a significantly higher SP....

The seller(s) will run out of shares eventually!

As per 13 Feb RNS, we're almost ready to go!

The Company can now report that all the other parties in the funding syndicate, have advised they will this month go to their respective committees to approve the proposed transaction.

The Ethiopian Federal Government also attended and reaffirmed its equity capital investment has been fully documented, committed and already partly invested.

The contractors in the syndicate have all reaffirmed their intention and readiness to enter into the already-drafted definitive documentation to enable full Project launch in H1 2024 as previously outlined.

Off tomorrow for my annual fortnightly jaunt to Las Vegas and hoping to see the SP re rate on my return!

Ask 0.716p and bid 0.69p (for millions). MMs have no problem with anyone who wants to sell atm, suspect they will sell them again at a much higher price in a few weeks time...

As you say EL, I have way more than 4M shares and know nothing! Just a investor/trader taking a few off the table for whatever reason. Nothing sinister imo

Yep, I thought it was going pretty well too considering I was buying at 0.56p just last week!

We might even get an update on the CCS JV....

In today's AIM 'market' you can't blame peeps who bought last week sub 0.1p selling up for a 30% profit. Everyone's a trader....
