There have been numerous 'deadlines' over the years but this seems to most definitive and short term I.e. end of this month! Harry seemed pretty confident too...

What a turnaround this morning. Almost like Roland is letting his 'mates' fill their boots before letting the rest of us know what is happening. Shabby!

I thought RNS releases were supposed to be 'distributed immediately and accurately' by companies. What has happened to the outcome of yesterday's AGM which was scheduled to be held at 10am?

Those who bought sub 0.12p yesterday were always going to take their 10% with the current uncertainties around funding and GOI approval timescales. Nice fish & chip supper for the weekend..

AIM these days is full of 5-10% traders. Investments not in many vocabularies...

Will be very disappointed (again!) if we don't get the news we all want early March! Don't think we've been closer to getting the green light...

Trading could get very interesting if Roland confirms no Placing at this stage!

RNS tomorrow morning confirming all resolutions passed and nothing about a Placing. Roland to confirm to Zac on Monday that there is no requirement for funding at this juncture as they only raised less than 2 months ago (£1.1M). He will then say something positive about the GOI process/timescale. We already know what a great JV has been agreed from yesterdays RNS. That is how I see the next couple of days going in conjunction with a surge in the SP...

£1m raised for working capital purposes less than 2 months ago. They don't (shouldn't!) need any further funds in the short term imo. They have today (presumably) increased the ceiling to allow a future raise if the GOI approval is not forthcoming in a timely manner. When the JV is approved by GOI the company gets an immediate payment of 2.5m dollars which they have already allocated for working capital purposes. We need some company PR!

You would have thought that the imminent sign off by the various funders would lead to some speculative buying here. This is AIM! I suppose 2 weeks is a lifetime to an AIM investor/trader...

If there is a Placing being forward sold, I would ask the question about what has happeneed to the last fund raise (completed 18 Dec 23) of £1.1M. Less than 2 months ago!

There were some folks warning of a Placing yesterday when peeps like ria were forecasting a closing SP of 0.3p lol

They raised funds in December so will only need additional (working capital) funds if there are delays to the GOI approval. I've been buying since the 0.09p days (recently!) and still a buyer (with occasional trading like we all do lol) at sub 0.13p. We do need the Company to clarify that funds are not needed now and maybe talk about future timescales. Radio slience does not help. GL guys...

We seem to have a few posters with limited intellect (or wilful intention to mislead to suit there own trading strategy?). The JV is pretty clear to most who have spent the time to read it in detail. Anyway, I've got my 'cheap' shares and now its time to hit the golf course. Have a great day everyone.....
