Headlam's French operation LMS (La Maison du Sol) has failed and put into receivership. Very disappointing that Headlam have not kept their shareholders informed of these developments. It’s now well overdue for Headlam to announce an up to date trading statement.

La Maison du Sol, was placed under court-ordered receivership on April 7, 2026. An observation period of one month was granted in an attempt to restructure the company, with a call for tenders for a full or partial takeover.

The deadline was May 4, 2026. My understanding is that no bidders came forward, and as such, LMS has been closed and is no longer trading.
