I'm pretty sure the FCA, and othe institutes would have sufficient say to that eventuality. There two separate companies, looking to become one UK operation under the same umbrella, both owned by the same board members. It is not as easy as just signing over, it needs to be done lawfully and shareholders protected hence why it needs to be cleared on many levels to progress. Its not a case of a company goes bust and lost investment here.

This is the beginning of there years of hard work and planning finally executed and for that to happen to the existing shareholders at TM1 would be a total shiite show for them as a company.

I'm up, it's a nice feeling and I'm not greedy. I'll concentrate on my other listed stocks that are suffering delays and decreasing sp and see this now as a template to not lose the faith. That things can kick-start in no time

Spoken a lot here, one thing I left out mate was my poxy 1k investment at .25 last year as wasn't worth mentioning considering I was not interested in adding to it, bringing up average as my trust wasn't fully in it. Perhaps short sighted but I had enough of this one, but this still feels I nice little win.
