Bert, its a crazy half time looks like they split a lot, including Engsolve acquisition under second half one of tax year, and the other the first half the other.

What i gather is the Kiln, if I'm finding it under the right place was originally 410k from first supplier, it looks like the Chinese one was around 445k. But then these could be separate liabilities but process of elimination and dates, they seem to suggest so. Anyone actually know how much they kiln was?

As I said it doesn't differentiate between what's what just a summary of expendures in the Goodwill and intangible assets, that covers patents expendures etc. Only the company accountant will have these accurate detailed breakdowns

I agree, the revenue from Engsolve isn't great and it seems they all have had pay rises as their expendure is now ours etc. Hard to define the costs of manufacturing the Kiln between all the goodwill and intangible assets included with the acquisition of Engsolve. It doesn't give a separation balance sheet only a glossary of them. Also it may be thrown in the year before as an expense with previous supplier. Either way, we have 1.73million in cash as last presented, so it's cutting it fine

On the CUSP, hasn't he been saying that for nearly a year? I'm gona have to get out the Oxford, define this cusp a little better. Perhaps the Oz version differs from Oxfords 🤣🤣

But I'll say we are on the "Cusp" a bit more than last year for sure. But you can't rush these things, they take the time they take, so interpreting his Cusp is problematic haha

I could easily, through a comparison of expendures prior to the acquisition itself do the math on a rough estimate on what the Kiln costs, it seems to have been split between last years final half into this. But....

It's likely difficult for you to make ends meet but that property, plant and equipment expense is 100% plus more than year prior so will be part of those costs

What i will add, is the cash expendure isn't that heavy, and should cover us but it's running short of another 12 months. I do feel there is time, but not an abundance
