Ill be emailing them this weekend, firstly on the clarity of the significance of the CRML shares in relation to the ongoing financial position and how it sits with our creditors.

A lot has been discussed here about the deal and what I meant for things like Atlas, I think the safe assumption was money in the bank, service the debt and move on. And its become evident these have not materialised, yet the board or company have never stated as such, or suggested anything towards the shares only giving us the details of the sale and agreements, but not the specifics of their intent with them.

It may turn out, that it was never the intention to forward sell, or cash in for these purposes and I'm sure they will be dissapointed at the timing of their decline.

But given the Gate fees mentioned, the renting and sale of Li-Box to MoD etc and Glencore Deal finally seeing the first objective complete that we simply put 2 and 2 together here, and have rode a lot on the outcome of CRML as a result and it turn out it's never been intended for those purposes.

Either way, its worth asking the question. As the DEBT isn't due till 2026, but the cash position still precarious. Perhaps alex wheeling and dealing, was just so facilitate the finances to fulfil obligations till revenue can maintain these.

So if they was to store 30 boxes annually that's £131,400 at £12 a day. Which is a bargain, as 30 boxes at £8000 is 240,000 so that's a great dual income. Buy or rent, depending on your need or and duration of needs. Needing a constant stream it's cheaper to rent

They are capable, but are not running at capacity currently. This was explained last year, that full capacity its capable of 20 tonnes. But in our current financial position, and only having a offtaker agreement now in effect. Running at capacity wasn't beneficial, but is there in principle

No one spends this much time, bashing stocks at the difficult periods without any information and understanding of operations. You use SP performance to make judgements. That to me strikes of an adequate investor, and explains why all your predictions, golden crosses and BS harami candles ended nowhere on EEE all year. I've never seen you provide actual factual intel, you just gauge a room, look at a SP and shoot from the Hip. And now and then, strike lucky

Tesla and space X was 6 months away from closing their doors, never to be seen again. Yes there are a few companies in similar vein to us in the country, and the likely reason they are operating and not in our position is their outfits are relatively small and run within their means to a scale that runs them over smoothly. Not listed, just a company with a factory and close knit clientele.

Recyclus are looking to be Britain's larger player in this industry, it doesn't happen overnight. It can take years, not just for company, but the infrastructure, the policy and the industry landscape to align with its future goals. It's why they use terms like, getting ahead of the industry, becoming a major player in a growing sector etc. They are not opening a corner shop or new Aldi, they are creating a fully sustainable business model for a growing sectors and mineral list that is required by the UK.

I think the whole Green initiatives, unfortunately climate change, climate disaster has been a news driven agenda since before I was born, but now they have found a way to monetise the subject. And not one government has tackled it in the west, not one corporation has funded it, we have, through tax, ventures and all sorts. It's no surprise we are not doing Hydrogen, Sunak offered out Oil licences, and i don't think we will ever move away from these things. But........ the intention here was for me always the use of plastic to energy, in what shape and form that is. That is still a huge issue regardless of the intended usage, syngas/hydo/SAF. So we have to have hope.

Relying on government policy, climate initiatives etc is the biggest Con of our life time. And poor Loads, is spending the last remaining years of his life, worrying about AMOC!! which just doesn't exist

It's understanding the history here really, its clear the plan was to have PHE be a leader, multiple sites, operations in both UK and abroad and Howard white licking his Lips, as they didn't have the resources, finances or ability and things like protos and other failures to become the original intent, Howard does what howard does and jumped ship like the Rat he is, so now it's a new outfit, and a case of well if we can't facilitate the sites, become a producer in the mean time. Lets licence the Tech, and see if we can flog it. Obviously Howard, will get his, discounted no doubt but beyond HUI and NH2, it will need more suitors for sure.

All we want to know, is are we flogging a dead horse? Or is this revenue model going to build at enough pace that we manage to get through the next 12 months. Because im sure Howard will get his 12 kilns by hook or crook either way
