But the bottom line is that TM1 now has a strong investment case; recent commercial agreements including Servicesure Autocentres, the UK-India tie-up, and the Beryl e-bike contract all point to a company which has secured a future. Then there’s Anwar Sattar to consider — brought on board as Scientific Director in January.

The prospectus for the RTO transaction, whereby TM1 will become Recyclus next month — is being circulated very soon. Revenues are expected to start coming out of lead acid battery plant Tipton any day now — and then there’s the licence application for a TFS licence to export Black Mass, another revenue stream.

All it takes is one plant running at profit; and you also have a new government planning to spend billions on green development in the next Parliament. I suppose Leinster is also a potential profit-maker, but as mentioned above, personally I think it no longer fits the corporate profile.

But the point is that TM1 has an enviable position, with a strong economic moat as the only industrial scale recycling facility in the UK for lithium-ion batteries. And if they have secured finance from elsewhere, investors will soon know.

Interesting times ahead.

I've been on here a while now, in over 7000 posts I've never threw rocks and people who have been down on their investment, I feel terrible when people are down its not good.i don't critize their buying, everyone's different its up to them, I dont as you your shares, or any one else's its no bother to me. We are all here to.just try find good company to make money from.

But I hold no sympathy for Janux, been rude and obnoxious for months and now his true character has spilled right over. Man up, own your mistake mate. Blaming the board, or new members who have chose to get in at this point, because you failed to see the risks is total noob behaviour

But I make quite decent money on Inplay corners. Like Saturday made £10 quid into almost £700 just faffing on a couch, doubles on in play corners one after another. Then took my missus the Boxing to see a friend compete, Thai in Liverpool and Ubers and cost me nothing as I'd won it all on the couch whilst she got ready

Castle im not even getting involved, its just more Red and Janux talking crap at everyone. CBA with a repeat of last year, these guys are not investors, look at how they behave once the SP drops. Amateurs mate, or traders which is even worse as I thought you supposed to make gains on trades? Either way, im quite patient so will give it time as always, than sit round here these whining throwing stones. I'm already in a back and forth with our silly sausage but it's boring already. Hydrogen, although discussed often and can be a product chosen by a suitor as maintainable product of use. Is not the sole purpose of the DMG. So if you are labelling PHE a waste to hydrogen technology solely, well that's incorrect, its just 1 of many outcomes of its natural product which is syngas

I know, what a weird statement that the company is in a worse position. But was happy to invest only months ago at 1p without the opening of a test centre. Has often mentioned raise cash and dilution, so now it's here it's in a worse position. What a strange way to invest in things, Red has been here all year long never having a good outlook, yet still invested, and is now calling dire situation 😕
