One of the big complaints on the forum is RNS content filled with intent, discussions and nothing concrete. 16 interests narrowed down and talks takes time, and perhaps the companies heard those complaints and rather artificially pump the stock on Rhethoric just pursue these interests and bring forth a concrete partnership that means something of value than just words.
