RE: Tio2 market downturn3 Nov 2025 18:12
Have you seen the last post on the Lloyd's board??
Straight from the Admin!! Brutal haha
But yes Cev, I know the type (Chid) Hero complex!! Here to guide us to safety with touches of wisdom, mixed with some Ego and a lot of references but no real actual homework on company.
Like nothing!! Just what he thinks, from a reference point without knowing anything about the investment itself just if it looks like Dirt, smells like Dirt, then its Dirt. I trust in what I hear, from external sources on how they descibe Pitfield and in what manner.
I brought up the industry market, as the Questions floating by these types are "Why no large investor?" "Why hasn't someone snapped this up?" Whats the issue?" Etc.
Well China have an Oversupply, US are looking home first and Tio2 is quite abundant resource so there is no Rush to secure this Asset as you would Critical minerals like cobalt or rare earths, i still feel this will end up in Saudi hands, Malaysian/Indonesia for emerging countries like India. But I don't think anyone's rushing to buy out, and SB will have it wrapped up in a Bow hopefully when someone is looking to secure it but as the market demand is weak and supply high its likely not time to commit
