Extension of Investor Warrants

The Company issued 200,000,000 investor warrants on 9 November 2023 that were exercisable at 2p until 9 November 2025. The Company has agreed to extend the expiry of the warrants to 9 November 2026. If the warrants were exercised in full, the Company would be able to raise £4,000,000.

I dont post much about geology anymore (unfortunately) but wanted to share these photos I got from the team overnight.

This is from one of the Pilot Mountain zones we haven’t spoken about much… Gunmetal!

One of our geologists was poking around yesterday and grabbed this sample (garnet-rich skarn with relict limestone bedding) and what it looks like under UV light.

Scheelite (our main tungsten mineral) fluoresces (the only mineral to do this) so you visually know quite quickly how enriched a rock is.

Hint* this is what high-grade tungsten rock looks like.

Gunmetal is a zone where we have 20 drill holes permitted already (to be drilled later this year).

Hoping I can bring it home with me after my upcoming trip, it would be a brilliant showpiece to have in my office.

What probably will surprise investors is that under normal light it looks like a rock you would walk by and not pay any attention to… but under UV light 💥
