A lot of talk on here about this being sorted in September, but this could drag on a while into year end hopefully not. An update would be useful in September.

They will do pretty well on the warrants though when all goes to plan.

There are a few on other boards who I think are getting a little confused, the loan is not shares issued at 32p this setting a floor, they are the warrants at 32p completely separate imho

The 300 mill still has to be raised we know that but I personally think few see warrants and loan connected at 32p which it is not = funding will be no less than 32p ECT ECT?

Bullish as anyone here but the two are not connected in any way or an indication of the future funding imho

No worries have changed header for clarity, will be looking to buy at premium or discount or may just take half around 30p as there may be or hopefully be a chance for holders to participate in the funding.

The management are great here 100% no question about that. My point was a large funding like 300 mill normally comes at a discount but could be wrong of course ATB.
