Fourthly JV would have "been In" on the two confidential wells that have been drilled and obviously they like the results as they are continuing with JV - have been discussing / negotiations on final terms / aspects of JV.

Everybody listen up - this is not some tin pot chump money JV being negotiated here - 😮 actually the exact opposite 😮we are talking ££ x millions deal here and obviously copl are not going to be giving it away on the cheap and the big boys obviously want the assets 😯🤔🤗

Hard ball negotiations are underway and just a bit more patience is required here but news could drop that a deal has been signed off at any time now 🤗

Ignore the nay sayers imo - now is the time to hold and add if you can.

If JV partner drilled and covered the costs of drills then yes they could have been drilled and capped off for now - untill JV signed 😯

If copl covered drilling costs then they would not be capped off until later date imo
