Obviously had a few sells this morning - not that many but enough to stop the price rising for the minute. When seller gone this will start rerating and could see a nice initial jump - so I would not want to be out of this when that happens.

Nice steady rerate from here over the coming weeks imo. 👍👌

Obviously if is Vecta selling it could be that they need the cash. Why else would anyone sell these shares so cheap. This presents a very Google opportunity for the likes of the normal shareholders to load up on the very cheap imo. Not in any way financial advice but just my opinion 👌

All depends on the deal I guess.

So if J/V then I guess Howard will dilute his 10% share as would Mosman theirs obviously. But no J/V and Mosman fiance the project then eventually could be further dilution for Mosman as raise funds via placing - further down the line - this way Howard keeps his 10% but I guess would have to pay his share( 10%) of funding going forward. 🤔🤔👍
