When's the Conference Call going to be on the Website ?
Can ARSO decide "No Permit" ?
UT Auction
True - there can be no more IPPC Permit appeals by a named individual (November 2017).
There can be IPPC Permit appeals made by other people !
Anyone can make a "Stimulating PG-10 & PG-11A" Permit appeal !
It has been pointed out to me the second "reason" is invalid because AST started their application on May 2017.
Let's hope there will be no more appeals when the permits are awarded.
Let's hope nobody else appeals - that'll set us back another 12 months.
Thanks for that !
I looked at all of the other Permit RNSs without success.
Roll on Tuesday !
"jamesjohn - that's right permits to re stimulate were first submitted in may 2017"
Is this documented anywhere ?
My understanding is the application for the "stimulating" permits commenced earlier this year.
"both wells now need re stimulation and ast need permiits to re enter, these were applied for over a year ago, and are still awaited."
The main reason why AST have been waiting so long for the Processing Plant Permit is because of the action of a vexation appellant.
The main reason why AST have not got the Stimulating Permit is because they started their application far too late.
As they knew very early about PG-11's problems this was a massive mistake.
If they had applied earlier they would be stimulating now.
Thank you walters.
Nice guy but Colin must go.
There is a mistake with the twit.
In the part that is red ringed the date should be 3 August 2018 (not 3 March 2018).
AST are going to send the amendments next week and then :-
"Upon receipt of both the above mentioned amendments, ARSO will continue the process os issuing an environmental permit"
Voila !
It's to reassure the Environmental Department on stimulation.
I've received a detailed reply from Colin.
We were expecting to be shipping 82,425 cubic metres of untreated gas per day (the INA maximum) by now. That's 877 MWh per day or 32,000 MWh annually. As we are getting 17 euros per MWh (70% of CEDA) that is an annual revenue of 5 million ! You can add the revenue for the Condensate to that ! Colin - that's why we are asking the questions !
Could you ask Colin if there are any penalty payments because we are not achieving minimum monthly gas flows? Ta muchly.
Monarch - please add my 800,000. Could you please ask Colin to be more transparent with the gas flows and revenues? Also tell him the board should reduce their salaries. Lastly why didn't they put the paperwork for PG-6,PG-7, PG-8 and PG-9 in the post in the middle of last year - they now could be working on those wells.
You must be a friend of David of Sutton then?
Nice one David.
