It doesn't matter if they have a "cast iron" case or not, any appeal will set things back several months.
A suitor might try their hand to get AST at a cheaper price.

So there's only one suitor left.
Almost certainly INA.
INA could pump Croatian gas into the Slovenian network using LEG's pipework.
At a later stage LEG's gas could be added once they've got the IPPC.

My rough calculations :-
76 Bcf = 2 Bm3 = 20,000,000 MWh
Current CEPA = €25 perMWh
€25 x 20,000,000 = €500,000,000

...where did you get the 456Bcf from (Colin talks of 76Bcf) ?

What threw me was you valued our asset at billions of euros !

456BCF = 13Bm3 of gas.
Ave spot price on CEGH for 2018 = €18/MWh
13Bm3 = 13,607,100 MWh
€18 x 13,607,100 = €244,927,800
