One of the biggest rampers in aex lse history is constantly coming up with shorter mm theories buddy (without knowing any of the 'market' basics) but by God they KNOW (even when shown completely conflicting evidence) this is being shorted and manipulated and everyone else is just stupid. Bg00 I think you'll find they can probably do what they want but I doubt they'd do too much to negatively impact their initial investment in Aex now? I would imagine a lot of negotiations going in the background with regard to zubs future investment in Tanz linked to guaranteed stable supply (of course ironically that probably rules out the current Muppets running aex lol!!). All imho and of course as ever dyor, as a lot of shorters and mm's read these boards and base all their decisions on what's posted here!!

Gibbers yes definitely if there had been any (real formal) offer for the company they are legally obliged to notify not immediately. At the end of the day we have dropped a lot today on relatively small volumes. I think it's best just to put him hats on now and wait and see what happens!! (Gulp). Johnnie respectfully again you refer to how potential investors are treated on here and appear to link this with current share price. There is absolutely no one else to blame for this than current bod of eog or do you genuinely think posters on here are to blame? Surely as a trader this suits you anyway so you can get 'in' lower? Here's hoping recent share price weakness is not linked to farm in details leaking as that would be unforgivable. I personally think it is traders or long termers de risking bearing in mind how long this process appears to be taking. Imho, this is still within acceptable time frame but stretching it a bit now? 600T I'm a relative large holder in here and am most upset at how it seems such an experienced mgt team (which they certainly are) have got us into such a mess. However looks like we have hopefully seen last of panicked selling. I was going to take my holding up to 2mm but certainly will not be doing this now following thus f up but still am optimistic I will end up with nice profits. Interesting to see when rig will be available for Harvey and whether we have funds in place to drill well in that timeline or the rig may have to sit idle? Whilst I understand people profit taking (lucky) b4 weekend I'd equally say at this critical juncture, of potential near term Harvey funding and spud, I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend!! lol. Again you're missing my point had we drilled and proved up earlier. But of course we didn't drill effectively lol. Was that rig related as well!? Back then we could have got a decent mob deal for one - the market was completely dead!! We could have placed and got rbl. We would have completed two wells effectively, on time, in budget and had a lot more trust with govt. Who knows we may have even been aware of this new "whatever" in kn1 and cases ready for potentially bringing on stream then? We could discuss for ages and I dont have time or inclination but I'm sick of hearing its the govts fault. This issue has been going wrong for years and years and the govt has given chance and chance to Aex many times. Simple. All imho of course and see yah all Monday.

CP why drill when obviously there wasnt the currect mgt skills set on board for this then why pay off the loan early when it could have been replaced (and possibly increased) with lower interest rate due to producing reserves. They could even have increased the loan possibly. Then drill again!!! As u know I feel these assets have been completely mis managed for years however even in last few this has continued on and on and on. This is genuinely a text book f up with regard to risk (mis)management and the same for cash flow!! Of course all imho and dyor.
