Actually generally speaking meeting a man eye to eye may lead one to infer 'slightly' better their intentions but from my experience in business there is often absolutely no way of telling! That is not any comment whatsoever on LT, I hasten to add at all, who is very welcome to do exactly as he pleases and inhale no reason to distrust him! Just saying I've 'often' observed the many smiling assassins within companies and between companies and who knows where Aex or zubs / tpdc fall on that scale? Still busy today though lol!

Really agree accept am concerned that mp's and ministers may somehow influence decisions on the nimby petrol and energy guzzling South. I dont them to appear again but what happened to that other nimby swampy?

Webmoor all strength and good luck to you in the most important fight of your life mate. Right I know I p*** off a lot on here with my 'negative' viewpoint (which I think is realistic) and sometime I haven't articulated my self correctly as well! I f'd up about the rig recently and apologise for that but I haven't forgotten about putting my 10 point (probably 6 now) issues list for drewky plus my agm questions. The rig selection will be part of this as well. So please be patient. I know drewky doesn't agree with my wanting to go over the last all the time but this is my point, we have to look at the past to determine why we now find ourselves here! I will get back in next couple of days but imho and dyor I think there have been a lot of mistakes both strategically and operationally which lead us to this difficult position. There is still potentially good value in aex but I think significantly less than 'optimists' expect however we all need to stick together. All imho and dyor folks.

Morning. I haven't forgotten about my 10 point summary more likely to be around 6 actually however am now incredibly busy on my own little project which had I realised would be so much work I may not have started in the first place. I wouldnt want consolidation now considering weak market sentiment for share price and really wouldn't expect it as there is enough real news that they should be working on rather than consolidation! I was surprised at ophr today not specific to aex but certainly regional!

But am very happy to ignore Rudey if he doesn't accuse me if being full of shit etc. I hasten to add!!

I'll still be posting thoughts on the management for discussion with other investors. I feel very let down by this team over the last five years as there has been only negative return imho. To close your eyes ears to this and not debate both positive and negative points is short sighted imho. Gibbers mate I was ignoring Rudey but he specifically called me out today and whilst I realise this isn't real world I do have 'difficulties' with not responding! I know over on aex there is a significant proportion of people sick to death of me lol!!

Rudey how many shares do you currently own? So you think because you're a shareholder it justifies complete rudeness does it? I can't say I agree but let's just hope we don't need eh?! Me currently about 700k but may purchase another 4-800k depending upon what happens in the next few days weeks with my fun money holdings.

Rudey why be so rude. I can assure you, you wouldn't speak to me that way face to face but on a phone or laptop people don't show any respect? However very briefly my questions will centre around 3c to 2p transfers, dev plan submissions plus communications between aex and govt. during this period, funding position / situation, rig suitability, external farm outs as a starter. These are most of the issues I have made over the past couple of months.

Drewky I will add my questions to the agm thread a ever can then use those for discussion on other threads. I am as normal bloody busy now as leaving everything to last minute bit hope to come up with relevant questions at agm soon. When is that thread being closed and summised?

Drewky I actually don't agree 're poor investor relations. I think it is the delivery that is the problem but that's not for discussions now. My valid points will be obvious from my proffered questions for agm. I don't want to waste time doing this unless you are agreeable to asking them, even if you dont see as personally relevant?

Drewky of course you have to reflect on the past as well as the future. I have accepted my mistake and apologised but that does not mean all of my other points have not been very relevant so what do you mean retreat? You've come up with one mistake (which when pointed out I retracted and apologied for) from what, another ten valid points I have made. I will not shut up about these because it does not suit your agenda because they are still valid. By the way though very importantly, I hope you will still ask the questions I proffer at the agm (when I eventually get around to adding them) in your other thread? Let me be very clear here. I am not a paid basher or basher of this stock and I certainly do not think Apache is either. I am a holder and recently purchased more shares in aex at a slightly higher price than current. I am a genuine holder and am writing this response as a matter of pride not because of being scared of a court case lol! I am very happy to defend myself in court (as rightly pointed out today I do have too much time on my hands lol!) as I am entitled to post my opinions on a free bb as others equally are. I have had pointed out to me only ONE factual error (albeit a large one admittedly!) which was a genuine sloppy mistake (for which I admitted openly and apologise for) and I don't want this one point reducing what I see as a lot of good genuine concerns and observations regarding how Aex has been run that I have posted. Surely paid basher or non holder would not have acted in this manner? I think the current share price is indicative of many of the issues I have raised as well. Right back to my proposal lol!

Mat no I was not getting confused with likonde, I just got it wrong, hands up to that!! Sometimes you see posts about 'this and that' which are opinions which then become free bb 'facts' and I was too lazy to properly research. That is not to say very clearly, prior to the well I personally wasn't happy with choice of rig and still feel that had a different one been sourced and different strategy applied we would be in a very different position now. However as earlier posted the related party farm out is what is most important moving forwards. I just wish we were not in the position of having to rely on this because of what I see as previously erroneous mgt strategy! That is not to say there may well be other third party support but I feel with current structure our hands are tied now. That is my opinion only and I am entitled to it! I will not be back for a little while as haven't started that proposal yet lol, unless of course drewky comes up with other factual inaccuracies I have posted!!

Drewky ok fair enough, thanks for posting and I apologise completely on that and retract earlier remarks, I must have been getting confused with the Tullow well. I am genuinely embarassed by that and hope people see that as genuine mistake. I think that is the only factual issue I have mis quoted though ? (Albeit a massive one I do concede though!!). I don't know why, I had convinced myself they had to abandon well earlier than planned because of over pressured gas influx? Please do bear in mind I am a lazy b and my aex shares are a very small part of my portfolio. I am genuinely not a paid basher and genuinely do want best for aex share values and apologise. I am very happy for that earlier post to be removed even though there were some relevant points on there.

Walter, as you haven't been rude I'll reply. I hardly think mucked up and destroyed are the same thing and to be clear, if people infer that meaning I apologise. However that area of the reservoir will likely require a lot of clean up to produce effectively and we drill wells to get as much information as possible during a very short period of relative time and if the local area of reservoir has been corrupted then this is very regrettable. All imho of course.

I inferred the reservoir had been corrupted by the heavier mud inflow which makes initial analysis of the reservoir more difficult? It still doesn't mean there is a lot of gas there?! Lol!! You're not one of these people who has over stretched themselves on a single share purchase and starting to get a little stressed out are you? I think I remember previously, you saying you had got into a few fights before, because you couldn't keep your mouth shut.
