Drewky this is where yours and mine 'opinion' differ significantly. 1. It's rude to call people pathetic when you don't know their own circumstances and they have every right to 'whinge' just as you have every right to post a positive case without being derogatory 2. You say you've never seen a share being so de ramped. I don't think you've not seen that many shares then because there's probably only two 'real' de rampers on here (at most) and one was banned. Even though I dont think this stock is being de ramped It is generally only the crap/weak stocks who are either over hyped or have very poor 'mgt', that are de ramped imho. 3. In my opinion, which is obviously different to yours there are a lot of people on here rightly 'whinging'. Do not mistake these for de rampers. They are genuine holders who are rightly unhappy with 'mgt' pfmce to date and they have every right to express that, whilst still holding shares and to be told simplistically sell then to save the stress is crass, because there may be a multitude if reasons why people continue to hold. SIMPLE. 4. I love coronation street but I don't like every bloody character on there but I continue to watch it and have every right to state i dont like that f'ing character or story line, without someone just saying "well you don't have to watch it then" (probably in a very camp voice as well!)!! Lol.

I agree I've been buying lately and whilst am pretty fully loaded now you don't seem to e abke to buy in any volume and they appear to be pushing the ask up disproportionately when you request anything higher than 50k shares. Interesting times! I think they have an II wanting to pay up to say 32p but no more? All imho of course.

Phew, thank God for the excellent mgt at Aex, really keeping a handle inn the share price pfmce. Statoil* are really going to have to dig deep to get these assets. All imho of course. * whatever happened to those rumours?!

Aex simply is not in charge of its own destiny anymore because of mis management in the past and the present structure means they are only observers now and are probably not in a position until their 'masters' decide? It's interesting to see every one stating (now) they didn't expect any news by the AGM. Blimey that wasnt how I interpreted the late date for AGM and I certainly thought a lot of other posters on here were 'saying' the same but there you go my old memory must be playing tricks with me again. Yes absolutely drewky absolutely, if the bod cannot answer the simple questions put forward (these potentially only scratch the surface) they should be replaced. And yes again it is a fair question to ask from a shareholders perspective if they'd farmed out these assets to 'real' and adequately financed operators earlier (and sat back as partners) what kind of return would we be seeing now and, would people like me be asking for their replacement? (Most likely not, this would probably be an up and running cng asset now!) All that talk about being blown away at agm is crap. I can remember one time being singled out by an ft journalist after egm and, mentioned by name in the article, for asking probing questions to the board for a listed much bigger pharma stock!! I most certainly would not be 'blown' away!! Fine about the engineering mate but wtgr you'll be the first to admit all your o&g knowledge is second hand, as opposed to experience, in the field so to speak. May I also remind you we are actually on the same side. Again all my humble opinion and dyor all. I'm off now as extremely busy on other stuff, which is probably about to implode as well soon!!

Seriously - of that short list if at least half do not have legitimate explanation what would you say about the mgt then? Absolutely totally inexcusable. If there is no adequate explanation about late cpr submission and to be clear I think there will be linked to 're work of the geological model however, even if that is the case, it is poor that this wasn't highlighted earlier anyway and also, there should have been some explanation offered when it was finally commissioned, so that 'worried' shareholders do not infer 'any possible reason'. If it was an oversight then that is absolutely unforgivable!! Lol. As I say though I sincerely hope there are adequate explanations and I hope you've included my rig questions to bod 're agm as well please? All imho and dyor!

Agree with Jus and Tac. If it transpires the directors are not in some form of closed period later and shred remaining share holder trust in directors will be gone. I very much doubt the new senior guys 'need' the money but wtfdik?!

CP if that is the reason for late CPR submission I want to know who got sacked as a result of this because such an error or lack of experience is less than the very junior of geologists would be expected to know. As per my note to you et drewky it just seems too many silly errors have occurred for the mgt to not get changed. I could be wrong of course and I would be very happy to be proven so but, kn1 issues, rig selection issues, cpr clarification, issues 're 2c to 2p evolution and communication, corporate governance issues, funding farm in & marketing questions and clarifications. The list goes on and on and on. Some semi understandable, some could be very very amateur but, if they're aren't acceptable explanations for most what does the sum total tell us of competence of mgt?! As ever all imho and dyor of course.

Agree CP I think the 'dilution' re direct jv investment will probably be 'lost' in the total value proposition but I have seen similar elsewhere plus I have seen past costs treated as 'pre payment' on future cost recovery and equally ignored becayse normally are pretty immaterial when compared to full development costs and revenues. Drewky sorry for mis communication. You've got to admit though I haven't been posting much anyway because I get too embroiled and waste time. I think the rig choice is very important so would like that aspect a little emphasised in agm questions. Best of luck all!
