CP I don't need to discuss that mate that as that is simply opinionated. At the end if the day I'm not picture mate and don't spend all day on t'ibterweb worrying or justifying my investments. I just look at the assets and if they look good upside buy in and hope the 'mgt' team is experienced enough to bring them forward as efficiently as possible for share holders. (Oh dear lol). My confusion centred around you supposedly talking only about psa and psc agreements but referring to them as 'licences' which is what concession agreements centre on. Not a big issue though I still find at least half muddle mgt in o&g get confused about this. Imagine a smiley face here please.

Well I just detect a lack of understanding that's all and CP has lectured me many many times of my apparent lack of understanding as to what the 'mgt' of Aex has delivered on in last year? In all psc psa agreements all assets owned by govts. That is kind of fundamental point matey? I am surprised you were not aware of this distinction (not bring arsey) as it was this very factor that determined the initial psa's! Crusty wtgr this is the problem here. To be very clear aex would obviously need TPDC permission for ANY capital spend or even workover spend (often categorised as opex spend) as this would be an unacceptable increase in the allowable cost recoveries in that year or capital cfds. It us the mgt of that issue or the communication which has let down aex. This will also be on my list LOL!!

I think it's more subtle than that. They (zub) looked at Jay et al, let's be clear it's not just Jay that has to take 'blame' for this position because senior mgt deemed him suitable for the role and thought whatva bunch of Muppets. We will give them a story of support and Nick tgecassets from under their noses. Wtgr they don't need a yes man they own 29 % of the shares, they can just sack him! Once again all imho and dyor. Sorry to butt in before I've provided my list but this is certainly one of the points on here. Please also bear in mind I've been saying this since the 'mgt' changes and this us nothing new from me.

No drewky I'm not at all mate and when I put my 'little paper' together I'm just asking that we bear in mind I think on one side the govt of Tanzania has been very patient with Aex over the years. However that maybe because no one else was interested as well of course (!) but I think now recognition must be made that serious changes need to be made by Aex in order to convince govt that they are professional enough to deliver as well? There really are two sides to this argument. I dont want to post any more as so busy but promise to get something to you guys probably off board later today or tomorrow.

I am still busy but 2 really important points, the multi tcf figures are not 2p and this will be one of my points in my grumble list coming (!) the 2c to 2p evolution is not good so far? The most important point imho, is that these are NOT our assets. They are owned by the people of Tanzania and contractually we don't own a bean under the ground and we should never forget this. This is a national asset of Tanzania. Extensions etc granted now (whilst although probably economically best decision for Tanzania) are at the generosity of the govt. All imho and dyor of course.
