This isn't about a pay rise now, the message is that the mgt have not deserved their respective packages for years due to continual lower quartile pfmce which led to the current corporate structure, which I can assure you, means that any small power we had as shareholders is completely limited to causing a small fuss at agm and asking some very uncomfortable questions. We need to agree an agenda and stick to it however from my perspective it isn't just about recent pay rises LOL! How about a small share holders (unoaud exie ses only) representative on the board as a request?

CP we've already discussed this and out our amounts in per %tage. Why re-visit? I success at the time a record be kept as I personally thought there was massive optimism going as high as 100 mm per percentage point?!

Hi CP yes I had read that apologies. I just didnt see any sub Saharan Africa experience on there and felt had there been it would have been highlighted? I didn't even bother mentioning this, as not really relevant, but in previous company some 18 years ago I initially used to submit the psc returns for the company exploration licence in Oman before being permanently based in a north African country, unfortunately all dry holes in oman though lol!

CP I'm not familiar with their cvs 're Omani execs on board. This is my point and what jve been saying for the last year or more, you're quite right this HAS been a long hard arduous road for share holders between 2012 and 2016 and other mgt teams 'may' have delivered significantly better. Just perhaps now people are starting to see my point? They have got to be on last chance saloon now haven't they after all these years of 'under' performance? Drewky I have not but my experience is that they are pretty similar across all of the countries I've worked in with regard to government interface. If indeed this is not the case and Tanzania is so special then why on earth wasnt this highlighted as such, on bod / exec team risk register and acted upon by recruiting relevant mgrs to offset this?! Either way not good from my pov. Either not that different from other sub sah countries in which case why such an issue or, if different, we have been let down by the company for not identifying and addressing this appropriately? As another aside and not wanting this to sound arsey, it's not my job to review the PSA. I thought that was the responsibility of aex? Once again all my point of view and opinion and no investment advice intended.

Apologies the ahts will transfer the rig to spud location. They are coming on contract on the 6th (thanks to sawney on adv) hence transport days from Norway to site plus 1.5 to 2 for spud. Hopefully (easily) mid May!! Imho.

Guys when I talk about mgt pfmce I am stating since they've been in Tanzania. The senior mgt (bod) team has been pretty constant for years and they were responsible for the strange canyon acquisition or were they conned on the "value"? The only thing that made a bit of sense to me was the crude inventory which ended up nothing in the end? So after the the canyon acquisition Jay has been in charge and I don't think personally that has come to much either? I can only compare to my experience of working for o&g companies and this would be the equivalent of either an exploration asset in established country or a country entry asset. By now this would have been proven up and likely producing or sold on to other company with other ideas of monetizing? So that is how I "judge" mgt pfmce. Obviously I am just one person and it is my simple opinion and likely to be significantly out of kilter with the majority on here!! Also hopefully as well, we are finally at a point of real monetisation with another material well to come? It is just my opinion we may have got here a lot earlier with a different team in place. Everything all imho and best of luck all!!

Gas I agree but when will u get this? Surely with better mgt team in place you may have got this earlier? There is such a thing as opportunity costs and time value of money invested to be taken into account as well, of course. All imho and hopefully last post until farm down rns!

Just got my answer on adv thanks. Just to explain don't follow these 100% but have a few tucked away (slightly higher than this) to remind me to look in occasionally. I will be buying bigger when cash allows. Best of luck all.
