Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
It's simply top ups for ISA, IMHO.
Were you there for the "bitter end" Ali? I think you know what I'm talking about - I got out around 7-9p from memory!!
It was never a "scam" Coldie mate - seriously the more that join - the more time wasted IMHO but like everything else IOG related - you "heard" it here first - but I'm sure a lot of people will ignore me as well!!
I do seriously absolutely wish all the best of luck though!
Guys / Gals - absolutely respectfully I doubt the bond holders will get fully paid - or if they do it will be many years IMHO.
1. You don't know what the production profiles are now - how low have they got?
2. The assets only have value if anyone wants them or there is a use for them - this does not look to be the case - looking at potential "real" fields coming online which need transportation - significantly anyway.
3. No-one has taken into account the de-com liabilities.
4. Tax losses are debatable as to true value - and ie only if you have profits to offset them against and within the same "ring-fence".
Absolute best of luck to the litigation seekers - but beware of what you ask for and I think you will need it.
All IMHO. DYOR.
Bebeto - it is shocking how many were ramping this up actually. I genuinely am gutted here for all share-holders - even the rude ones who we did try to warn. It has been a case of appalling mismanagement since very very early days IMHO.
Very best of luck to all.
Speak to ColdSpy - he seemed to have already taken legal advice - see post on 20th August at 20.31 I think?
Calling .... Calling ColdSpy legal team.
Right ColdSpy - you talked the talk - can you outline your first stage legal challenge please?
I have waited patiently and you have called me various nasty names along the way but seriously am really interested to see how this goes now.
You had a partner friend at Norton Rose right?
Sturm again don't disagree - however I thought bearing in mind the time of year (budgets should be finalised really?) and the fact that their business isn't that complicated - cash will probably still be prohibitive in the next 6 months next year - it isn't difficult to gives estimated timings for Casca / COHO now? I think the market is a little underwhelmed as well - so let alone another learning for PG? IMHO.
Sturm 100% companies I worked for had their next year plans nearly finalised for BoD review by this time for sure. Not public but the BoD would have known the expectations already highly probably.
The final approval process may take a month or so but TXP is hardly a "big" enterprise - it's not even a local office really and there are not that many possibilities / opportunities to be realistically pursued - so I'd like to think PG would have had a good handle already - based upon planned FCF at 60 MCF / day surely?
To be honest it's pretty normal to have almost quarterly reviews of current budget - which feeds into a 12 month look-ahead anyway -which makes the yearly budget process "easier"?! Depending upon the company you'd be pretty regularly reviewing the 3 year and 5 year plans as well, IMHO.
Sturm I certainly haven't been asking PB not to issue any time lines - that is simply ludicrous, considering their operation efficiency and performance to date? Every company has to provide some timeline guidances in any industry.
What I have been asking for - which is not difficult is ACCURATE timelines - albeit if they are slow - no problem - but make sure they are accurate. I would hazard a guess that is why the share price has reacted so badly today.
It is ridiculous to not provide any time lines - and I expect there to be some pretty accurate ones in December - which is what I think TXP are doing - consolidating a bit of cash then providing some realistic timelines after this? IMHO.
Good luck Coldy - I'm looking forward to your fantastic ideas coming to fruition!
LOL Laksmi - you've obviously got me to a T there!
Your posts indicate such an intellect I'm going to retire (somewhat bored) whilst I'm so far behind.
At least Coldspy know they know f*** all!!
ColdSpy are you kidding mate - you have to be the biggest joker on here - how's your "partner" mate at NR doing?
Seriously if they were "true" - god only knows how they achieved that "high status" and were seriously discussing with you the possibility of taking the BoD to court - which court were the pair of you thinking of?
Have you worked in o&g - I knew a Lakshmi who did what 30 years ago for an American independent?
She wasnae very bright either - because again the reference to umbrage was sarcastic - why on Earth would I care what an anonymous "avatar" thinks of mine on a woefully formatted free bb?!
I know it is supposedly the lowest form of wit - but again if the cap fits?
LOL!
Coldspy - me old mucker are you ignoring me or summat buddy?!
I posted this earlier today so was wondering if you had the manners to reply please?
..."Coldspy good to see you are still posting.
1. Do you mind clarifying your earlier posts claiming a take over was imminent - what's happening with that issue now?
2. Could you also confirm where you are with the potential legal case(s) you were talking about pursuing with your friend - who I believe was a "partner" with a tier one London law firm?
3. I am really interested to hear about strategy on point 2 and when this is likely to be instigated - is it on a "no win no fee basis" because I can see such costs being pretty costly? .
Thanks for any updates you may have."...
Lakashmi - are you new here or summat buddy - as if so - I do not think you would reply in such a way as I have been very critical of all the rampers here - when share price was in teens actually.
However I further take umbrage at the fact you obviously did not understand my post was being sarcastic - do you really think I was being serious lol! FGS man!
Coldspy good to see you are still posting.

I am absolutely the same Bebeto - but Coldspy was particularly rude and patronising toward my earlier comments regarding share price direction and ultimate value - I note that their post below regarding price "should move up in days and had added to their holding" today received 10 tick ups - so far.
My post less so and I am just asking why they have gone quiet on their other posts regarding getting taken over and possible "lawsuit" against the BoD of IOG.
Unfortunately this board - IMHO - has been an area of positive bias confirmation for a long time whereby factual based posts have been pooh poohed away and non factual ones heralded - because they present "positive vibes".
Some chap on here (who only posts stuff about this being a "cracker") many eons ago took umbrage to my observations - when share price in the teens - that this was still very badly mis-managed - I tried to embark in conversation with them to justify why they thought that - and they merely told me he had no intention of justifying their position at all. Now we are below 1p - surely they must regret such an attitude if indeed they are still holding - and there is a lesson to be learnt "here"?
I only post my views to try to emphasise that bbs like this - can be easily manipulated and also can be an oasis of "positive confirmation" when really people should look harder at the facts presented rather than the "potential" ideas etc. and not let them make investments decisions whether to buy or hold.
I absolutely 100% take no pleasure from the awful situation this company finds it self in - hopefully it can limp to survival - but god only knows how this will impact the share price?
Very best of luck to all holders and as I say am interested in ColdSpy's response to my requests?
All IMHO, DYOR of course!
Coldspy - nice to see you.
1. May I ask what happened to your postings about getting taken over?
2. May I also ask where you are regarding your "legal team" - I assume pursuing bod in the courts? You appeared to be referring to "Hurricane" precedents or, are you following another strategy now, as I thought you mentioned "paraphrasing" - they would be quaking in their boots with what was coming?
All above IMHO and seriously am interested in your responses please - as you used to be very very critical of people like myself who had a more cautious approach to IOG's future and were quite vociferous then?
IMHO they'll "give" another waiver - but this time will likely "cost" a little more thus increasing the potential price upside in gas price for themselves and/or increasing final debt owed to them. I saw someone "blame" the bond-holders "below" for this predicament - lol this was probably the same person referring to Newall as being one of the best in the business and that awfully nice man (since leaving the company - in such a great position!) - who kept on getting confused about dates - in his presentation about a year ago!!
Coldspy - where are you with this crack legal team buddy - genuinely interested? Last I heard - according to you - was - that the "management" would be quaking in their boots for what was coming to them - based upon the "hurricane" (?!) precedent set?
As ever guys and gals all IMHO and DYOR of course and best of luck to all remaining holders - people like ourselves are what encourage entrepreneurial investments and hence growth - it is just a shame the ignorant, patronising, arrogant management were not able to risk assess properly - what seems to be most aspects of this business proposition - and they have let us all down with that regard.
