George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Top up anyone still with cash left? Bottom of the bolly.
Interesting on the land acquisition though seems to be a separate work package that completes with the basic engineering package in Sept/Oct. From RNS-
"The Company received a mining permit in January 2021, and proceeded to submit an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA"), which is currently awaiting final approval. The Company has addressed all of the ESIA issues raised by the relevant authorities in a timely manner."
RNS then indicates time has gone into wide stakeholder engagement. Sounds mundane to some, but that's community townhall meetings etc and was what Highfield did at its Muga Project before getting its permit.
Once the project has its main permits, completed engineering and has conditional financing agreed, the last step would be getting local authority permits for construction and road access and securing final easements. These final local authority permits are routine admin and what Highfield is doing now. Reminder, that project is smaller while higher cost to build and has its banking syndicate finalised, poised to announce its strategic equity partner.
Just going by RNS, ESIA / env permit is waiting on the authorities. In terms of land acquisition, stands to reason that can only finalise when you know your final footprint and what areas your plant / site will affect. The ESIA will define how you treat and approach this.
Jinx, if this was a school comprehension test, you'd have failed and what's worse, on purpose. Silly conversation again so regretfully I shall have to filter your other EML ID too. Just one thing, not for you but just for the rest of the bb (if anyone still reads in here), EML has kindly confirmed and acknowledged it all too longer than anticipated in no small part due to changes that affected all miners and that that ESIA is completed to IFC standards. If you know anything about this subject, you'll appreciate its a process and doing it right pays long term dividends. So again, back to my original response, deliberately ignoring recent RNSs and re-writing history is underhanded and pointless. Successful outcomes re-rate share prices though appreciate you prefer trading on sentiment between news, so important you spread some negativity now I guess.
Didn't take long. Important to identify and neutralise these characters early on for a cleaner, 'greener', more sustainable board. Enjoy.
OK. Filtered. Don't want to get drawn into chat with a trader troll.
One thing, if there was no risk, there's no reward. Every investor knows nothing is guaranteed and nor would they want it to be. I certainly wouldn't - refer to my first sentence. Think about it.
"Any day now" - because it is according to my educated assessment. If its too optimistic for you, then that's a reflection of your differing mind and position on the investment case. Again, we don't need obvious "no guarantee" caveats - waste of typing time.
If you want more guidance, read the RNSs and cause of delay. ESIA done to highest standards, relationships are strong and Liberium has additionally guided mid-year for approval. So it's all there. If you wish to defend a purposefully misleading, outdated post (possibly using a different ID) designed for one purpose, by all means.
Jinx, why post as such? It is really the case you haven't seen the last two main update RNSs or kept pace with the country wide change that delayed all mining companies slightly? I don't think many PIs will take the bait but is it really worth trying to scare a couple of sells to improve your position by 0.2p for example? Reason you're here- like the rest of us - is because you see EML getting its final major permit any day now and the quantum shift to develop a project like Khemisset.
treading accuses those positive on today's note and volume of ramping without hard facts yet "guarantees" there's no near term sale despite EUAs own NOMAD stating it is, with for the first time, mention of asset acquisition outside Russia that is 'transformational'. He also doesn't understand and prefers to lash out with his other IDs that it's EUAs NOMAD that has regulated what can be communicated with an even tighter focus since the war. enjoy the rise today - maybe a few buys and even sells in there thanks to me :)
officecat, pretending to be an animal hanging around the desk of eua for the last few weeks, that's pure hypocrisy. who said with certainty it will be - read again and its "if". silly cat.
Once again confirming shorters worse nightmare. No sanctions impact despite attempts to conflate this mornings RNS and a deal near term with added juice - an acquisition outside Russia that if in the form of an asset swap in whole or in part, is "transformational".
