IF the deal falls through I will be seeking compensation for losses.

The company will forward my claim to their Solicitors, if they feel they may be guilty of negligent misinformation they will settle.

I'll revisit the RNS and suggest any investor with significant losses do the same.

I've read the RNS many times and to my mind there is no suggestion that the 'deal' is subject to successful trials...

Hugh didn't comment that the deal was subject to anything, it was a done deal.

There ought to have been a disclaimer of some sorts saying this deal is subject to certain criteria imo.

I'd be interested to know investors thoughts on the Stalicla deal falling through.

I tackled another AIM share for negligent misinformation a few years back.

I've always felt that the Stalicla 'deal' RNS lacked any consideration to the 'deal' not being successful.

I've kept this thought to myself until know, for obvious reasons. However IF the 'deal' isn't successful I'm of the opinion that the company could be found guilty of negligent misinformation which can be legally fought quite inexpensively for upro six years after.

Is it time to think about BTC as a failed project ?

Block mining fees are only about $2000 per block ($200 a min) and off-chain L2 transactions drain revenue from miners

The block reward subsidy halvings will continue every four years eventually dwindling to zero subsidy

After 16 years BTC is only producing $200 a minute to keep the miners and network alive without the subsidy = Failed Project ?

Unless transaction fees miraculously replace subsidy rewards or more likely Blackrock and friends push for an increase on the 21M Max supply and a constant supply of newly minted BTC, probably before the next halving in 1234 days to protect their mining investments.

Peter Todd suggested increasing coin supply in 2022 which is possibly why 'they' put him forward as Satoshi in the HBO Documentary and then disappeared him.
