Reading the Prim board posters think they need funds for their Engage investment and that Prim may well be selling Alba rather than selling its HHDL stake. Shame those sells went into yesterdays rise just as Alba was gathering momentum.

Agree short term HH extended flow tests and the drilling of a new Well at HH are very exciting for Alba. All happening over the next few months. Trade volumes are way up today with some now taking gains... Lots of Alba chat on the UKOG board over the weekend has certainly helped (DegsyAlmond)

I'm holding until Alba come in line with Bluejay on the ilimenite.. £22 B market according to GF interview. Alba looking to prove up TBS deposits this year.. x23 would bring Alba inline with Bluejay! HH will be exciting this year and Alba may even have time to discover Bonanza Gold. Plenty to look forward to GLA

DL (Dor) hasn't bothered to mention that: HHDL has now received final decision notices from Surrey County Council ("SCC"), confirming the discharge of all of the precommencement planning conditions. Or that UKOG are setting up at HH?! He doesn't seem to have any interest in Dor or its shareholders.

i'm not able to increase my holding yet, much as I would like to I'm tempted to switch my Angus to Alba but I think i'll keep them there until Brockham results are released Happy with my 3.5m here for now

It is frustrating not to see rise after rise on the back of very good news. Alba has been around a long time, doesn't seem to be a vehicle for the Directors to get stinking rich without delivering and that sits well with me. I feel if Alba continue to make good decisions, prove up assets and get the flows we all expect from the Weald Oil we will see a steady rise. With this rise we should see more market awareness and it will only take one or two big hitters to jump on board and we'll be off to the Races. I'm all in here already btw

I have a feeling that UKOG investors who still believe in HH but who have doubts about UKOG after seeing massive drops will look at other companies who hold HH assets. Doriemus has a decent share of HH but isn't really viable for UK investors as now only traded on ASX and expensive to trade. Prim only have a small slice of HH. Alba on the other hand have a decent slice of HH as well as a small Brockham interest and some very interesting mining assets. Some UKOG investors may decide to stick with UKOG, some will abandon the Weald Oilers for ever and I suspect some will see Alba as a safer investment with potentially greater upside. I think Alba could see a steady rise from here. Worth noting I am not a trading expert and these are just my thoughts.

Might be that Alba have their eye on increasing their Weald Oil assets again... Doriemus still have assets in HH Lidsey and Brockham. If GF offered DL a plot to grow a Marijuana plantation in Africa there may be a deal to be had? Alba could end up running the whole show they way Angus, UKOG and Doriemus are carrying on

GF obviously felt Alba lacked some expertise in this area. Shows good management skills to put together a team who can advice and guide GF. 'Feroz's combination of technical and corporate skills in the sector will be invaluable as we enter the key testing and production phases at Horse Hill and Brockham respectively. Together with our recent appointment of Sue Corrigan, Alba now has a strong oil and gas team in place to guide the Company through the next phase in its development' If HH delivers as expected (or even better) then Alba's slice of the action will be worth a small fortune and having this team in place makes perfect sense to me.
