UKOG's website says it has a direct interest of 31.2% but i thought it was more? http://www.ukogplc.com/page.php?pID=60

If the HH EWT's produce say 1000 bopd what would UKOG's share of this be? There are other companies involved in the HHDL consortium that have a slice of this project but I would be interested to know what UKOG's share might equate to. ie: 1000 bopd = ? bopd to UKOG = £'s per Day to UKOG = £'s per annum to UKOG

Good RNS for me.. Shows Alba plan to expand on their Oil side when HH results come in and when Brockham Kim is in target.

Based on my rough workings out i'd go as far as saying UKOG is over priced... Say HH delivers 1000 bopd and given UKOG has about twice the slice that Alba has UKOG would have about: 200 bopd x £50 x 360 = £3.6m per annum x by say 10 years = £36m MCAP and currently already approx £60m MCAP Strangely I haven't seen any numbers like this posted on the UKOG board just things like 'it's going to be massive' 'it'll hit 10p this year' '3p by July' etc Looks to me like a Pump and Dump But with so much Pump over there when it comes the Dump could be Monumental Don't get me wrong I want UKOG to smash it along with Alba, Solo and Dor but UKOG is all about the hype...imo

I've sent an email asking Alba to update their website with correct HH holding info and to ask them to get onto internet company to look at HHDL website on Google. New investors looking for info might search for HHDL and when doing so will find info on His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama ! New investors searching Google with Horse Hill Developments Limited will find the old website which is showing as suspended along with the websites of UKOG, Solo and Angus and not the new HHDL website or anything from Alba. This type of thing is frustrating but they usually reply to my emails quickly and i'm hopeful given the current situation they act on this quickly.

Nookie good post.. I base my rough calcs on £50 a barrel to Alba (roughly) If HH delivers 1000 bopd to start with and Brockham gets the Green light for BR-X4 (the donor well of the X4Z sidetrack, also known as well no. 3) and produces 500 bopd to start with that would give a total of 1500 bopd with Alba netting approx 125. 125 bopd x £50 x 360 Days (allowing for some downtime = £2.25 m per annum x 10 years (i've seen varying opinions regarding how many years this should be from 5 years to 20 years but based on 10) = £22.5 m Sprinkle some Greenland assets on top and you have your 1p Better results from HH and Brockham say 2000 bopd and 1000 bopd respectively and you have £4.5 m per annum x 10 = £45 m That's my take on things.... Worth pointing out that SOLO have a similar holding in HH and they are also down with no jump on the OGA approval. UKOG is very well supported by in many cases by investors who think UKOG have 100% of HH ! Little wonder their share price is on fire ! but still massively down from the 10p before they messed up BB.

Well done..nice when you get it right.. I'd be worried about UKOG cash burn and works required on other sites, they went through £10m in no time at all so I dont expect the last £5m to last too long. They need HH to deliver big time after BB so lets all hope it does

Cofe I have to say my take on Spreadex is very different to yours. My guess is they needed to cover a bet or bets on the share price rising and approached Alba regards a large share purchase. They sold a large part of these shares presumably at a lose but had the desired result in dropping share price imo (see second TR1) Last week saw further large sales and I expect to see another TR1 soon with Spreadex holding further reduced. If my take on Spreadex is correct they must be breaking some rules ? If i'm wrong this post was totally pointless... Anyone have any thoughts on this ?

With HH about to begin the long awaited EWT's this paragraph from the last RNS is the one that interests me the most: To achieve its goal of stable, long-term Horse Hill oil production during 2019, HHDL now plans to submit a further production planning application to SCC in summer 2018. This application will seek consent to produce oil initially from HH-1 & 1z, and HH-2, together with further production wells in a second contingent drilling phase. The EWT's go well and we're looking at a second drilling phase and I think it's fair to expect further drilling phases: third, fourth, fifth etc and in turn multiple revenues. That's with my Rose tinted glasses on.. Now wouldn't that be nice

Might be hasty... if and its a big IF HH EWT's deliver great results Alba will be in a great position. Add in TBS and those broker prices could be achieved. Lots to look forward to .. might take longer than we would all like but for me its worth the wait. Football to look forward to and maybe some big news on HH. Maybe not..who knows ...
