It's looking like Dropzones prediction of 3p at Angus is getting close to being correct..

Alba has a lot of projects that could deliver great results and HH seems to be one that looks set to deliver long term income.

Many PI's will be holding to see what TBS test results deliver along with HH, Ireland, Cloggy, Inglefield, Brockham and news on Amitsoq JV.

Plenty to look forward to..imo of course

DOR are committed to a new Gas project in Aus and it would seem they need the cash to further things down under.

UKOG paid £2.1 M for 6% of HHDL (DOR had 10% of HHDL)

This marker puts Alba's HHDL holding value at £6.3 M using this deal as a marker..

The graphite mine was abandoned due to difficulties separating the graphite flakes. The deposit still has a resource of 250,000 tonnes at an average 20% graphite.'

What difficulties were encountered ? Are modern techniques able to solve any separating difficulties ?

The Mainland Graphite discovery (last year I think) is what Alba are all about.

They may need a big investor / JV to bring it to fruition but 'Great things grow from small beginnings' Nod to CofE if your still in this one ;-)

I have a feeling you could be onto something...We've been focused on Oil for some time and although HH and maybe even Brockham are potentially very good assets for Alba they are probably not what the co is all about.

Sure HH delivering circa £4 a year to Alba in the not too distant future would be very nice, Alba is a diversified mineral exploration and development company.

Amitsoq Graphite could be very good news if Alba's talks with other interested parties comes good.

I feel the UK Oil projects may have blinkered investors to Alba's other possibly far better prospects

My feeling is Alba just got a bit unlucky with Angus at Brockham. Not the end of the world by any means but frustrating and costly..but hey ho it is what it is. HH looking very good and other projects are all in play. GF going about proving up Mining assets while Oil is flowing makes good business sence to my mind. Plenty to look forward to in the coming months
