1st day of spring next week.. We should expect HH news soon.. Also Brockham seems to be getting Ducks in a line.. No pun intended :-) Expectations for both Oil projects will be running high as should our share price. Imo of course

Plenty of chatter on ukog board yesterday about Alba's share of HHDL and HH.

The current MCAP of circa only £7M and the recent DOR deal even came up..

Gunsynd have sold their shares in UKOG..

As per their website:

Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN), has acquired the following investments as at 31 July 2018:

5,000,000 shares in Alba Mineral Resources Plc, a UK AIM listed company who holds interests in two oil licences in the Weald (Horse Hill and Brockham – PL 235) as well as a number of mining projects.

Not sure if they still hold Alba...Might they sell up here or perhaps invest more ?

I forgot to add a fifth option:

5: They already have enough cash to cover all projects for the next 6 months so no need to seek funds at this time.

Let's face it none of us know what funds Alba has left. As I see it GF has several options (better to have options than to not have them)

1: Concentrate on Cloggy and Limerick (should be inexpensive) this year and wait the year out for HH to deliver 'free cash' before going back to Greenland next year.

2: Do a Doriemus and sell UKOG 6% of HHDL for circa £2M whilst retaining 12% of HHDL.

3: Sell Angus 5% of Brockham in a similar share deal.

4: Raise funds via a placing and press on with all projects.


There may be other options that I have missed but for me these are the most likely...

Last placing was 9th Nov £750k before expences at 0.33. Brockham will have put a dent in that along with wages etc. How much they have and how much they need is always hard to nail down but GF has shown he is keeping costs down where poss. Shame Brockham went wonkey but that's the way the flip flops sometimes :-)

Alba have 18% of what comes out of HH atm so tankers rolling out has to be great news. I make Alba's share of EWT'S so far circa 30 tankers with 220 barrels in each. So about 6 or 7 000 barrels at say £50 a barrel.. Should cover HH sidetrack and drill expected soon. So HH self funding for Alba by the look of it.. Share price is pants right now but UKOG MCAP x 10 of Alba with x 4 HH.. Rerate soon ?
