With Oil sales going into HHDL for reinvestment into opperations I think it unlikely Alba with receive payments...
Now further drills have been permitted these will require sunstantial funds and for me HH being self funding until then is my best case scenario.

GF selling an asset but holding HH is what i'd hope for.

The £12 million consideration is payable in three tranches:



· An £8 million initial consideration on SPA completion

· A £3 million deferred payment, on or before 31 December 2019, in UKOG shares or cash.

· A £1 million second deferred payment, on or before 31 March 2020, in UKOG shares or cash.



The £8 million initial consideration was satisfied through the payment of £5 million in cash and the issue of an aggregate total of 275,988,960 new ordinary shares in UKOG ("Consideration Shares"). The number of consideration shares issued was calculated by the payment amount divided by the 10-day average mid-price of UKOG ordinary shares prior to the completion date.

First big batch looked to go through yesterday, big batch today and with drills coming soon plenty of opportunity to dump the rest

Any decent buying in Alba should see a significant rise..whilst ukog more likely to stay flatish

I previously pointed out that UKOG should expect to see forward selling into any rise and today's 25M / £315k sell looks to be the first of many such sells..
UKOG will need to soak up circa £6M in share sales over the coming months ! (please correct me if i'm wrong)

Ilmenite, being the only Valuable Heavy Mineral ("VHM") within the deposit, makes up 20.5% of the THM. Based on the ilmenite percentage of the THM, the currently delineated resource at the Thule Black Sands Project results in a contained ilmenite of 1.7 Mt (ie 8.3 Mt x 20.5% = 1.7 Mt) and an in-situ ilmenite grade of 8.9% (ie 1.7 Mt / 19.0 Mt = 8.9%).'

JAY has more but weather conditions are likely to limit operations so perhaps there is little advantage in having any more than Alba has ??

"As part of evaluating the commercial realities of viable long term ilmenite production, we have identified a simple and low cost processing route levering off natural characteristics such as the ability to remove ~30% of the oversize material prior to processing (thereby improving the in-situ grades by up to 30% also). We have also optimised the mine plan and schedule such that the operation starts on the highest grade material, a situation that we should be able to maintain for many years. Importantly, the ore contains concentrations of radionuclides that are below detection limits".

Alba announces JV deal with a big sands co and this will take off (come on GF should be easy to find an investor/ partner)

Ok so it's Bluejay but Alba have a decent JORC at TBS and JAY's efforts will undoubtedly be watched with great interest from other big mineral sand co's
