No comment from GF on todays RNS...? But after what Alba presumably went through with Angus it's hardly surprising..
UKOG needing to shift YA shares ?

SS dropped todays RNS of a 4th core seemingly from thin air which isn't his usual style..
So is this all part of an SS pump to YA dump ?

I thought there was a December 2019 deadline for £3M in shares or cash ?
So YA have two years to shift any ukog shares if it required that long ?
If that's the case i've been talking twaddle all afternoon..lol

UKOG's 2nd rns today for YA conversion of only a further £150k suggests to me that YA might struggle to offload the remaining shares before December deadline..
Lower trading volumes over at UKOG look to be making conversion of that loan tricky..If UKOG trading stalls SS might have to pull out a Rabbit and with Oil sales coming into HHDL daily it must be a consideration...
SS drip feeding any positive news will help but he might need better than expected results to clear YA in shares.

This is purely speculation but SS may have one eye on Oil sales going into HHDL.
If this were to happen and it's a big IF presumably HHDL partners would agree to distribute Oil sale revenues after taking HH running costs into account.
Obviously a long shot but thought i'd put it out there for consideration...

SS needs steady positive news at HH to clear YA funding before he can raise more funds to either buy out Alba and DOR or progress another prospect.
So slow and steady does it because if they make a hash of these drills they could be in deep ****e.
Interesting times...

I think Alba has a decent percentage of what could become a very profitable Oil field..
Will GF be able to hold onto that percentage as Oil sale revenues are reinvested into further drills at HH?
I hope so but GF would have to find funds to keep Cloggy progressing as well Greenland assets.
GF will need to find money somewhere so does he sell HH, sell other assets if he can or try to raise funds via placing?
SS is likely going to try force DOR and Alba out of HH but UKOG have YA funding to clear presumably before looking to raise further funds.
Fascinating situation and one can only hope GF has a good plan !

HH progressing and looking good for increased Oil flows within the next few weeks and months...
Investors happy to pile into UKOG even with YA dumping millions into any buys whilst Alba struggling to get any interest is frustrating.
I hope GF has a plan that will benifit shareholders..

Alba has nearly 12% of HH and had 3 trades today and a similiar amout yesterday..
It surely has to worth a small punt ???
