At the General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities. Accordingly, completion of the acquisition of S4 Capital Limited, the consolidation of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each on a one-for-ten basis and the re-admission to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market of 255,494,678 consolidated ordinary shares of £0.25 each is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow under the ticker "SFOR".
