there right to challenge this ended last year - they can only argue maybe finer points - but lets face it as RNS suggests nothing is materially different ( because it cant be ) so having faffed around for 10 months - the signatures imo cant be that far away at all.

exactly my thoughts - clearly a court approval to ship further $10m of iron ore isn't good enough -

yep strange to see so many sells below the recent highs - when the big news is round the corner

exactly its a world class asset - with infrastructure already there - just a bit of maintenance required very cheap stock here IMO

i think its just the intra day RNS catches a few people un aware -

the news fundamentally is great more revenue more progress more flexibility - more strong signs this company is going places

2 big Positives in this update and given those not already invested a great opportunity to get - before the big news - which lets face it cant be that far away now
