I don’t really like about this is the warrants are at the same price - I can’t remember the last time that happened - normally they are priced a lot higher in this instance I would have thought at least 2p even 2.25p would have been more reasonable- very very annoyed with the management now after thinking we had turned a corner they wallop us with this - all so Paul Forest can make a load of money again

Yes but they are working with Waterford and several other 3rd parties and as he clearly stated in MOU RNS wildcat themselves won’t have any significant up front costs : so formalise deal with Sudan government formalise a deal with one or more 3rd party financiers and then we are in production ( that’s the way I see it anyway ) why would Waterford come on board at all if they weren’t interested in doing something significant: they have just come in for £50k that’s pennies to them
