it's fairly obvious why they done the placing. They don't have any revenue and now should be funded thru to 2022. Nothing wrong with that. Equity raises are a necessary evil on Aim, as ‘growth’ companies often require cash to develop projects and invest in the business. However, many of these companies are not growth companies, but lifestyle vehicles for the directors. What may start out as an exciting dream to build a business eventually ends up in failure, but the directors have then become accustomed to increasingly higher salaries despite the share price going increasingly lower. OMI isn't in this category imo which is why o took part in the placing.

Pick any BB and you will find an argument/discussion ensuing (which is normal as we all have opinions about company performance and potential) and the same happens here and that's fine until the nazi loving vermin appears every evening once admin have gone home. He is on a mission to denigrate one poster and will continue until he gives up (or is locked up as he obviously needs help) which judging by the recent activity isn't going to happen for a while. However, his vermin does have supporters on here which is slightly disconcerting. Best to filter or ignore them.
