i haven't checked as i'm on my fone and i hate reading RNS's on it but isn't this Lombard holding down to the shares for CLN conversion or am i talking nonsense? Wouldnt be the first time :-)

It depends who your broker is most mainstream brokers such as HFX and HL will not allow anyone to borrow shares to short so there's no need to set a high sell price if you are with either of these. Worth contacting whoever you trade with. However that doesn't stop somebody using CFD's or spread betting to short.

the placing was done on a T5 basis so I cant see how they have been forward sold...shorted possibly but not sold

@carib....i know how it works seems a lot of people like to propagate the MM tricks story. People read it on a BB believe it, and repeat it similar to the MM's know when an RNS is logged which again is nonsense

I use telegram but not for shares....can't see the advantage myself altho could be handy for organised groups. I could be wrong but I suspect it's more like an echo chamber. No problem pasting links on here. Each to their own i suppose.
I agree LSE had some unacceptable problems last month and they refunded me a couple of months subs but I was never chomping at the bit to see what people were posting in fact it made a refreshing change not to see some posts :-)

When Justin asked him why the BOD haven't bought any shares he said it was a sore point and said he wasn't able to buy in sooner as he has been classed as an insider for the last 18 months.

I've been around the block too many times to take much notice of anonymous BB posters.

4.9m shares sounds a lot to me...
