I may be being a bit thick, it wouldn't be the first time, I want to use investorvote.com to register my vote so I have downloaded the form of proxy. However, I require a control number which the pdf says is 'listed below' but I can't see it anywhere. Do I need to contact the company to obtain it?

Anza project now largely handed over to Agnico and Newmont. Was a complex and protracted process due to staff and contractual issues, but done. Now have the world's largest and third largest gold miners in charge - watch and wait.

seriously don't take any notice of these myths it won't help your trading.
As for the £5.27 trade there are thousands of these small trades everyday across slots of stocks, this is due to co's like freetrade, robinhood etc. As an example have a look at the trades for PHE.

nobody 'marks' a trade it's just listed as a trade...neither a buy or a sell
