Does anyone know if the council has given any reason for the change of date of the meeting

Does anyone know for definite what date the meeting is happening and will we be able to see it live again.

Just heard from SCC again and they said The formal decision notice has not yet been issued to the applicant. At this stage the only decision taken is the resolution taken by the Planning and Regulatory Committee at the remote/virtual meeting on 29 June 2020.
Once a decision notice has been issued there is an appeal process available to the applicant if the planning application they made has been refused, or if planning permission has been granted subject to planning conditions, to appeal against a planning condition/conditions imposed. This involves lodging an appeal to the Secretary of State, appeals are handled by the Planning Inspectorate

I can totally understand why people would be suspicious but having a day off work I thought I’d see if I could get any information from the horses mouth. At least now I know the reason why it was turned down. Why they responded to me and not others god knows. Do I think the decision was right no. The 1/2 hour I managed to watch on Monday (before falling asleep) looked like a shambles. Do I think it will be reversed or we win an appeal yes. And finally do I think it will make any difference to the sp probably not as the mms are wa@&£rs. They will drop on bad news but not rise on good.

I’ve asked her if there is an appeal in place but not heard back yet.

I’ve got in touch with scc and this is the reason they gave me for refusal “It has not yet been demonstrated that there is a need for the development nor that the adverse impacts in respect of highways, noise, lighting and air quality will not be significant, contrary to Policies MC12, MC14 and MC15 of the Surrey Minerals Plan 2011 Core Strategy.”

Well done rehar Who did you send your complaint to. Or was it just Surrey county council.

1p would be great for starters to get me back level. Then news and whoosh.

Hopefully the tide has turned at last. Personally I would like to see a steady rise not a spike as these tend not to last. Back up to around 1p then start dropping some good news.

Oh well yesterday was fun while it lasted

This is the most patient I have been with any share. Surely they must give us something soon. All we’ve got so far is the flare stack and the odd tanker. WHAT IS GOING ON.

Sorry this is totally off topic but got me mad. I’ve just been into our local town because I had to pay in what bit of money I’ve got left, only to see town was like a normal week day. People not social distancing. Some were wearing masks but they seemed to be the worst culprits. People need to know this is nowhere near over and to stay at least 2 mtrs apart. More if possible.
