This Press Release is excellent sign and very technically correct: My reading is that our PIs letters and reasonable requests for Mr K to stick with what he said on 21 Dec may just be precisely what Mr K need to by-pass the BOD/Nomad's communicational dominance , open a warning shot for any reckless action BOD may be contemplating, prevent Nomad of any wrong doing. Response from its Corporate website may also be a good tactic of not to potentially breaking AIM rules as BOD may accuse Mr K of.... Finally, whatever PI write to Mr K, my advise is to address ONLY these fundamental aspects, namely Keep AIM listing, Alternative Nomad, basic financing plan to move forward. Any attempt to question Mr K on details and reasons for these so called "unauthorised loans " issues are irrelevant for now, as these were clarified by Mr K on his Statement of 21th DEC anyway. So keep fingers crossed and be positive . GLA.

Urrace and Dear Fellow UEN shareholders : Its clear by now that the fight btw BOD and Mr K is obviously personal and BOD is prepared to destroy the UEN to survive with its last leverage : right to communicate with Nomad and control of the official communication channel with public. I think our best bet will be urging Mr K to act since he had opened its own media channel on the website (http://www.petrosakh.ru). So for us PIs, instead of passively wait-and-see, maybe we should be more proactive by issuing a "PI statement Letter " to Mr K via its website email address by saying: Provided following condition is promised, we PIs are prepared to pledge our votes for Mr K : 1) promise not to delist Uen, 2) Declare new BOD members are qualified against AIM rules, 3) Prepare an alternative Nomad to prevent from BOD's potential fatal strike to make Allenby Capital (Nomad) to resign and force a delist (I still can't see such a reckless action is permissible by AIM regulation) , 4) announce a sensible financing plan for going forward. I think we can put Mr K to a high moral ground as he stated in his statement of 14 Dec

I would assume such a letter should attract enough Votes ( 683,083 shares, I will certainly pledge my shares under these condition ) to secure an early win so that BOD will not have enough time to do further damage to the SP while getting paid by UEN.

My view, like that of Urrace: For Mr K to get rich quickly, will be keep UEN's listing and sort out $5m , also maybe a bigger loan, then quickly kick off the JV development for Komi since we have now a proper CPR in place, plus 2000bopd, SP can quickly go to 250, also win the case on moral ground too with a good reputation. Why to delist it, take a piss on all and be disgraced ! then what ? He will certainly not going to use his own money to develop these reserves ....Lets see...

Chavitravi : New BOD suppose top work for the money which is Alders SA owned by Mr Shvets. MAYBE you should also ask the Pathetic BOD that how much they are paid as salary and corporate benefits for all these years ? Mind you the new BOD is proposed by Alder SA in which Mr Shvets owns and he is a banker , so why BOD always take "oil for loan " from their close friends in Petraco instead of other meaningful long term loans for more strategical expansion for UEN? Also, what is the benefit to take control and delist UEN from AIM?

Why on earth an 45% stakeholder want to "profit from few million loans" when his entire holding can be 10 times more than what's worth now ???? Personally, I don't care how MR K played on these "loans" as long as its on the records, and making strategic sense for realising the true value of the UEN!!!

Agree 100% with you Urraca: Notice all these so-called "Unauthorised Loads" business were taking place during later part of 2018 before the Port Takeover, this is precisely for the sake of "Russian Foreign Investment Rules" for controlling a major local infrastructures SO make 100% sense using Local shareholder with company's "loan" ! ! As to the Passenger Ship deal, also make sense if UEN controls the Port to maintain or even expand its core business for additional cash flow to keep port running more efficiently, along benefit the local employment, WHY NOT! I am sure this move was encouraged by local Govt too!!!

Today's RNS is very smart for zero cost of acquiring 4 additional property in area PGD has been based for decades!!! with gold price moving north again (likely reach$1400/oz in coming months (along with silver), PGD is cash flow rich (recent production cost is less than$ 500/oz) for yearly production of 45000oz for 2018), new drilling at Calcatreu new flagship site. also the 300,000pz at depth below openpit of Cap Oeste, etc.. PGD clearly know when to start to commit the CAPEX to making maximum efficiency !! 2019 should be major turned around and I put my money there my mouth is, ADD!

For the Current BOD, they know their "good time" is approaching its end game so acted desperate lately. Fact the matter is that they can not refuse the upcoming EGM when they will be out !!! SO stay put and buy and see the SP (clearly bottomed out from yesterday ) going north inn new year !!!

Ohh. come on Urraca: Russian is a different country than UK! We have to give Mr K the benefit of the doubt : to me, current BOD is clearly a lousy group of "friends", promoted my the CEO, Leonid Dyachenko, who is the Son-in-Law of Ex-President Boris Yeltsin who is completely useless , gave the way to Putin, So they got the UEN asset back then! But they are not the man wet their feet and doing physical works on the ground and also extremely arrogant, living a high life here in London for so many years ! Other then taking fat salaries, what have they done ? Making loss ! My guts feeling is that Mr K was somehow forced or tricked to pay 12p (old price) to rescue the CEO for his 45%, eventually Mr K can no longer stand the bully and planned a total taking over: the money loaned to those man (small money anyway) may just be a cleaver way of dealing with local corrupted ports and govt officials for the total control of PORT! Surely his statement was clear, he wants our follow shareholder to see his action , to benefit all of us PIs , mostly for his biggest stake, No point to be dishonest or disgrace himself as painted by the current BOD! I am sure Mr K somehow will make his plan public for all the ground work he did prior to the EGM . I just cant see any point for Mr K to delist the Uen or crash the SP, but to make UEN big and better !! We will see. !

Total non-sense of delisting possibility given the fact that the total reserve of latest CPR is much bigger while Mr K has largest Stake ! With AIM fund raising mechanism , the SP could be much bigger and JV partners for Komi etc.... Make every sense to get rid of current BOD, put the path forward with a new BOD with Shareholder's interests at top priority , esp for Mr K!!!

Today's RNS pretty much concludes the biggest shareholder wins the game and BOD are corned to admit the defeat and out ! Its good news for SP I hope !

Remember where did they ordered the new rig, Chinese . They should know them very well by now. Funding was never a problem, the current BOD is THE problem ! Check my previous post which I predicted back then ! This takeover will make Mr K and us all shareholder very happen ! But in order to allow this Takeover, get rid of current BOD is the the key as the 1st Step !
