It’s obviously STARS product so they should now disclose the fact in an RNS but then if a NDA is in place they can’t which one overrides? As either way it’s a law break is it not if they didn’t RNS and then if they broke the NDA? Poor STAR

Amtec they state the money received from Talaxis will be accounted for in the next financial update. I’ve read the report, have you....

But the report says 108million shares in issue and on LSE it’s stating 98million? If that’s right out MCAP is about £7.8m?? Anyone else had chance to read the report any views on it?

Not a bad update, financially stable with some grant money expected also this year. Next financial statement will look good as will include Talaxis money!

Of acceptance from its senior debt! Looks like the restructuring will go ahead! Might be a positive for our SP! I know we are not noble before someone pipes up but I’m sure it will be a reassurance in some form and give more confidence for our future funds from Talaxis!

The FTSE seems to be offereing better returns than AIM at the moment all I’m seeing in AIM is red!! Roll on June end of Q2 we might be in a better place not just here but others too!

It will be those who got the 6p placing ofloading I did say it would happen when it rose to 9p, get a cheap placing rose the price for a 50% profit and then sell off and bring the sp back to where it started. Company gets its money lender makes his money and anyone who brought on the spike are left holding until the next one!
